The staff are enthusiastic, have a service mindset and are trained to welcome guests, okay, but when upgrading, upgrading the room for customers, you need to pay attention to the risks in terms of customer experience in the newly upgraded room. I initially booked a Deluxe Bulgalow, which Jade Hill upgraded for free to Mountain View Bulgalow, initially quite happy, but when checking in at Mountain View Bulgalow, I discovered a view of the construction site (the construction site is here because next to it is a resort that is also under construction, noisy, cranes and all), this breaks the serenity and quiet that I basically want of a resort close to nature. Then I requested to change the room to Panorama View Bulgalow to enjoy the tranquility and resort atmosphere here, with a view of Muong Hoa valley and the majestic Hoang Lien Son range. In this room, the experience is very nice, the balcony view is extremely charming, welcoming the early morning light of the Northwest region with the chirping of birds and somewhere the sound of insects chirping. The cards written to thank customers are really wow, the style close to nature makes me feel relaxed. The minus point is that the hair dryer cord and kettle cord are quite short, making it inconvenient. In addition, the room's poor soundproofing also destroys the necessary privacy. The restaurant is also okay, the black chicken hotpot is impressive with extremely rich mushrooms. You can order rice with unique spring rolls. Jade Hill has a shuttle bus to Sapa center and back to the resort according to the time frame, but you need to register 1 hour in advance to arrange. The swimming pool is a bit small, many people swim and chop the broom, the changing and showering area is a minus point of the swimming area. The jacuzzi has no view, confined within the "bare" walls Many good experiences and many unhappy things. Hope the resort listens and creates a better journey of moments for customers.

Friendly staff, beautiful panoramic mountain view room, many lights are broken at night but there is a shuttle bus so it's okay. There is cake in the room with a story, free dried fruit in the room. Swimming pool and jacuzzi are a bit small.

Khách sạn đẹp, yên tĩnh, khá chu đáo. Chuyến đi sapa quá tuyệt vời luôn ạ. Tuy nhiên xe trung chuyển về thành phố khá sớm nên khách sẽ mất thêm khá nhiều tiền nếu đi chơi về muộn. khách sạn nên tăng thêm chuyến ạ. Vì khách sạn xa trung tâm nên tiền xe điện từ trung tâm về khá mắc ạ
