There is the man (security guard ) open the door and walk into my room in the night. I would like to file a complaint with the hotel SEA HAI YEN. In the night of 21/4/2019 at 10.30 p.m. , there is a man who tries to open the room door. In my room only have 3 Lady. My friend and I are very scared. The man knocks on my door very loud, not polite, I am scared as hell. I am threatened. He shouted and spoke Vietnamese. He couldn't communicate in English so I do not know what he wants. The room had not door peephole so I don't know how many people in front of my room., I do not know that he drank alcohol or not, he is a bad guy or not. We did not dare to open the room door. After that, no more than five minutes. Uncle who is the security guard, he use the key to open the door, no reason, and then walk into my room. He pick up the kettle. He can't communicate in English and speak Vietnamese with anger and loud voice. We are both angry, upset and very scared. We have only women in the room so we don't dare to sleep. We can not sleep in that night. We fear that someone will come into the room at any time. You do this incorrectly. You should have manners with people who come to stay. You can not open the door to pick up the item at any time. You can not open in my room with no reason especially at night like this. I'm not very happy. I feel I am not safe in my life and my property. This is the worst experience I've ever seen. I am trying to contact you in the hotel' s website but nobody answers me.

It's true that going out and bringing back frustration, my family is easy-going, the mattress is dirty, the air conditioner takes half a day to cool down, the refrigerator is broken, there is no hair dryer, the wardrobe is rickety,... but all of that we can overlook except that we arrived at 8am that day, they gave us the room card to check in early without telling us in advance about any additional charges, while we just put our things in the room and left, checking in early was not necessary for us but because the hotel gave it to us without saying anything, we thought that the room was checked out early so we could check in early, only when we checked out did they say we had to pay an additional fee for early check-in, it really made me angry, if we had to pay that price, we could have rented a much better hotel. That is, because they charged extra without saying anything until we checked out, isn't that no different from herding chickens?

The price is reasonable, the room is a bit old but fully equipped to use

New residential area. Quiet. The noodle shop right opposite is delicious and clean

Room too small compared to the price. The morning receptionist was very kind and pleasant but the hotel owner did not. Will never come back here. Too disappointed
