This is an excellent hotel I cannot recommend enough. The staff were professional, hardworking, diligent, and courteous. My wife and I enjoyed our 3 day stay and hope to visit again soon. The location is in the heart of the city close to the night market, beachfront, and lots of other restaurants, bars, groceries, malls, and other conveniences. This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The food was great and affordable at the hotel restaurant, the rooms were private, safe, comfortable, and with a good view. I can’t imagine another hotel getting better than this.

Thông tin lưu ý khi nhận phòng tại khách sạn 1. Giờ nhận phòng: 14:00 và giờ trả phòng: 12:00 trưa hôm sau 2. Đăng ký lưu trú: CMND/CCCD/Hộ chiếu + thẻ xanh Covid đối với người lớn. Trẻ dưới 12 tuổi không cần phải test Covid. Trẻ từ 12 tuổi trở lên nếu đã tiêm vắc xin, vui lòng cung cấp giấy chứng nhận đã tiêm 2 mũi. Trẻ chưa được tiêm vắc xin, cần phải có giấy test nhanh âm tính. 3. Phí đặt cọc thẻ phòng: 150.000 VND/thẻ, phí này sẽ được hoàn trả ngay khi trả phòng 3. Phí gửi xe máy: 30.000 VND/24h, oto: 100.000 VND/24h (nếu di chuyển bằng một trong hai phương tiện này) 4. Hồ bơi tầng 6: từ 09:00 đến 18:00. 5. Phòng Gym tầng 6: phục vụ hàng ngày theo hai khung giờ như sau: buổi sáng từ 06:00 đến 10:00, buổi chiều từ 16:00 đến 20:00. 6. Dọn phòng và thay hàng vải 02 ngày/lần. Trường hợp anh chị có nhu cầu dọn phòng/thay hàng vải, có thể liên hệ lễ tân để được hỗ trợ. 7. Khi lên phòng, anh chị nhớ kiểm tra sơ lược trên checklist danh mục đặt phòng. ----------------------------------- Highlights before your arrival 1. Check-in time: 14:00 and check-out time: 12:00 the next noon 2. Required documents: Passport and vaccination certificate for adults, negative test certificate for children above 12 years old. 3. Room key card deposit: 150.000 VND/ key card, this will be refunded when checking out. 4. Motorbike park fee: 30.000 VND/24h, car park fee: 100.000 VND/24h (if you travel by one of these two transportations). 5. Swimming pool on the 6th floor: from 09:00 to 18:00. 6. Gym on 6th floor: from 06:00 to 10:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. 7. Kindly spare a few minutes to review the room checklist when entering your room.

The hotel is OK but the swimming pool only allows one bath per day. I asked the staff and they explained that it was due to regulations because only one towel was given per day. This is another unreasonable reason for guests to stay here if it was because of the towel. Such amenities are not reasonable. The hotel needs to research and change the regulations for guests to stay here.

- khách sạn sẽ check in ở tầng 2, còn tâng trệt là của căn hộ. - thang máy sẽ rất đông và chờ lâu nếu đi dịp lễ tết cuối tuần. - hồ bơi tâng 40 chỉ được sử dụng 1 lần/ ngày, phải xuống tầng 1 đi thang riêng để lên - wifi có lúc không bắt được - mình ở phòng view biển. nói chung phòng rộng, đẹp - ăn sáng cũng tạm - vị trị đối diện quảng trường

Lần đầu tiên mình ở khách sạn mà kinh khủng đến vậy. Mình ở phòng B22.11. Xếp hàng checkin mãi Đến 16h mới được nhận phòng. Mình đặt phòng view biển để được xem festival biển. Bên khách sạn bắt phải kéo rèm 2 lớp. Tắt điện trong phòng. (Vấn đề này mình chấp nhận làm theo quy định). Nhưng vấn đề cúp điện trong phòng 30 phút thì không thể nào chịu nổi. Phòng mình có em bé nhỏ mà cúp điện, thì thật là kinh khủng. Muốn đi thang máy xuống lễ tân cũng không được vì thang máy quá tải. Mình gọi số Hotline thì báo bận. Gọi lễ tân thì cũng không được giải quyết. Quá kinh khủng cho một lần lưu trú tại Empyrean!

The room OK but you get stuck in the elevator too much! Sometime it took me 15 minutes to get out of the hotel. They also have a safety box in the room, NOBODY knows how it reset it to work. So I had to keep all my money with me everywhere I went. Also have a swimming pool But close 5PM. The only good think is the breakfast! But you can food everywhere in Nha Trang, Thumbs down on this place, Never again!

Mình đến vào dịp Tết, ở ngay trung tâm nên cảm giác đông vui nhộn nhịp thật tuyệt. Là điểm ngắm bắn pháo hoa cực kỳ lý tưởng. Con gái mình về nhắc hoài về nơi này, và cứ đòi đi nữa. Các Tết năm sau khi đến Nha Trang mình sẽ quay lại ở tiếp chỗ này

- Located inside the Panorama building - The area of the rooms is very large, airy, clean and full of amenities - Breakfast here is a great experience - I booked the wrong room type but it was changed by you and Free room up - Gym 7/10 points about equipment - Moving to the 40th floor swimming pool needs to go down to the 1st floor to register and move by private ladder so it's a bit inconvenient - Worthy to experience
