I rented a room for 350k and found the room airy and ok, the bathroom had a bit of a smell and poor soundproofing. The voice was also okay.

The room is quite damp and old. The wall is also leaking and looks unclean. I arrived early in the morning at 5am but the room was available so the staff let me check in early, charging me half a day for the room. In addition, the soundproofing is not good, so the first night when a child in another room was screaming, I could hear it clearly in the room. The hot water in the morning is a bit weak, it only gets really hot in the afternoon.

Convenient location for walking around Hoa Binh area, night market and central areas. Superior Double room is equipped with minibar, TV, dressing table,... clean bathroom, hot water and hair dryer. Free room cleaning service. However, there is no car parking.

This area is extremely congested, the hotel does not have a parking space for cars, so you have to park your car somewhere else and you have to pay for the bus fare yourself, so if you are traveling with your family, you need to consider parking and pay attention to traffic jams.

The room is located in the center but the price is too cheap, the motorbike rental price is also cheap, 120k for a scooter to go all day with a full tank of gas, the room is clean and luxurious. Good service with free laundry. Will come back next time.
