Receptionist work dishonestly. The guest who came to checkin reported that he had booked and gave a booking code that quoted a double price, and then explained that price for a 2 bed 4ng room while I was alone and booked the room in advance. Although sorry but I am not satisfied with the way of working at all, Management should work carefully with their employees!

On the pictures and recorded information, there are full equipment in the room: washing machine, rice cooker.... in fact, there is only TV. The management newspaper said that the app itself posted the wrong photo. Cheat.

I stay here twice, not as good as previous time. The Deluxe room does not differ much compare to the cheaper ones. Nothing like the photo. The room is spacious but empty, no windows. Not worth the price.
