The resort is beautiful, new, spacious. Beautiful large swimming pool. Full of gym facilities, free spa... enthusiastic and cute staff. The breakfast buffet is also delicious. Will come back again

Giá cả hợp lý, phòng ốc sạch sẽ, tiện nghi. Có điều bữa sáng ở nhà hàng khá đông nên đồ ăn không chất lượng lắm, không hợp khẩu vị của mình. Còn lại mọi thứ ok trong tầm giá.

Lần thứ 2 quay trở lại khu nghỉ vì rất thích khung cảnh và môi trường ở đây . So với năm ngoái khách sạn có quy củ hơn, giá cả hợp lý. Mong khách sạn sẽ tiếp tục phát triển nhiều hơn nữa

There is a private beach, many food services but mainly for Koreans and currently only 30% open. Nice room, convenient to Hoi An. Swimming pool is suitable for children. Next to it is a Lotte cinema. At night the resort saves electricity so sometimes the road is a bit dark. Buffet is ok. Will come back if going to Hoi An.

Went to stay on mid December. Overall stay experience was good. The room is spacious, and plenty of facility (nice pool). The beach view also nice, but we cannot fully enjoy the beach experience since the weather is not permitting. The staff also nice and helpful, explain all the facility and perks we have during check in. Downside: distant from Hoi An old town, meal is also an okay relatively to price you have to pay. Better to explore dining option at Hoi An downtown/old town for better variety, taste, and pricing. Tips: this hotel (or other hotel in An Bang beach area) would be best to experienced during summer (Feb-Jun). Stay in downtown Hoi An is better during rainy season (Oct-Dec).

The staff is very nice and friendly but the facilities are very bad. The soundproofing is extremely bad. Anyone walking in the hallway can hear it very clearly, can't sleep. The room upstairs also makes creaking sounds very clearly. The soundproofing is worse than a normal house. To put it bluntly, it's completely soundproof. 5-star hotel but the room floor is not carpeted, just normal ceramic tiles. The room quality is also bad. Overall, not worth the money. I've been to many places and this is the 5-star hotel with the worst room quality I've ever stayed in😑

Had a good experience at this 5 star hotel and resorts. The price is at affordable rate considering a competitive services and facilities at the resort. Staff are all friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet has lots of variety and tasty as well. Overall, it was a good and unforgettable experience here at the resort. Will definitely comeback here.

The sea view room that the hotel did not clearly state has a view of only 2/3 of the sea, the remaining 1/3 is blocked by the building in front. The room is clean, but the wooden floor seems worn out over time. Enthusiastic and attentive staff.

It 's was nice and very big property. Huge swimming pool and beach front. Kids enjoyed the pool with slide and water volley ball. Beach was very neat and clean. Only drawback is location as little away from city centre. Also the buffet area has no ac and so really difficult to have food in hot weather there. No good restaurants nearby and have to travel to Hoi an for having lunch and dinner.

The pool view is great. Large, clean. There are floats for children. I was upgraded to a free sea view room. According to my taste, the breakfast buffet does not have many dishes to choose from. I only felt the welcome from afar from the man in a shirt and trousers in the lobby when I first checked in, enthusiastically guiding me to the counter, Linh the room attendant and the egg counter. Overall, at this price, it is quite okay to experience.
