The Shells Resort & Spa Phu Quoc

The beach is not good for swimming, too much trash, unsanitary. I called for a car to pick me up at the airport, but the staff said they couldn't arrange a car. Definitely won't come back.

Starting with the shared toilet, OMG...!! Not flushed yet, very disgusting Breakfast was limited, the yogurt was rotten, the towels and robes were ruffled, the glass door had a lot of acid residue, there was moss growing in the cracks in the room and toilet. The dried leaves had fallen in front of the room and no one had swept them, the sofa in front was super old. Never coming back again!!!

The room wifi is weak, resort. I hope the sellers can fix it. Everything else is great.

Old hotel. The bathroom smells dirty and looks horrible. The equipment in the room is very old. The door was broken when checking in. The dining table in the room is very shabby. In general, the old hotel has a high price 😢. The beach is small but there are many reefs so you can't swim. The vacation here is not very fun.

Everything is good except for the bathroom, the door doesn't close properly and is made of glass, you can barely see the person next to you. Suitable for couples and families.

Beautiful resort, spacious rooms. A small suggestion is to expand spa services to meet more demand.

The resort is beautiful, the rooms are clean, but I don't know what the problem is, but it's quite difficult to contact the receptionist to call a tram or ask for help over the phone because of the connection.

Great, our family felt the staff were very accommodating and provided excellent customer service. If we have the chance we will come back here.

Enthusiastic staff from the receptionist to the electric car driver. That day I checked in late so the street was very dark. Unfortunately, 1 swimming pool was being repaired so I couldn't use both, the toilet was clogged, the furniture was a bit old, otherwise I was satisfied.

The staff are very friendly and very supportive. Includes taxis with suggested places to visit

Nhân viên thật sự rất thân thiện luôn. Nhất là các anh lái xe điện chở về phòng, lúc nào cũng cười rất thân thiện. Bữa sáng rất đa dạng món và có thay đổi từng ngày Ngoài ra resort rất đầy đủ tiện nghi, luôn chuẩn bị sẵn khi khách cần. Chỉ có máy sấy hơi khó xài, còn lại mình đều rất hài lòng

Dịch vụ khách hàng thì ok có đều nội thất quá tệ quá cũ luôn. Đồ ăn sáng thì không có mấy hấp dẫn bình thường. Tolet rất dơ

Không gian và cơ sở vật chất xứng đáng với giá tiền, yên tĩnh và phù hợp cho một chuyến nghỉ ngơi. Tuy nhiên, những ngày tôi lưu trú ở đây, các bạn ở quầy lễ tân thật sự không cho tôi cảm giác được chào đón. Không có một nụ cười cả lúc check in và check out. Mọi câu nói chào đón được nói ra một cách thủ tục, không cảm xúc, kiểu cho xong việc. Có thể đây không phải là thái độ thường xuyên của các bạn, chỉ vào ngày tôi lưu trú. Dù vậy, là một người cũng làm dịch vụ nên tôi thật sự thấy đáng tiếc khi resort lại mất điểm ở ngay vị trí quan trọng này. Bởi lẽ, theo tôi, lễ tân là sợi chỉ nối xuyên suốt khách hàng và trải nghiệm của họ ở resort. Vào chắc chắn gặp, ra nhất định phải gặp, suốt thời gian ở cần hỗ trợ gì cũng phải gọi lễ tân.... Sự "hiếu khách" của bất kỳ resort nào chắc chắc sẽ thể hiện được ở vị trí này nhiều nhất => Vị trí cần được quan tâm về chọn nhân sự, đãi ngộ, training và cả QC nữa Bù lại, các bạn lái xe điện, rất dễ thương và nhiệt tình 👍

I had a bad experience in room 310. It seems like the room was not checked before letting guests in or this room had no guests for a long time, so when I entered, the tap water had a yellow rusty smell, no smell. hot water. The floor is dirty. The TV remote does not have batteries. I told the receptionist to check from 6pm. By the time I got home from dinner, the water still had dirt, no smell, and hot water. We have young children at home so we cannot use such poor quality water. I asked to change to another room because of the possibility of dirt from the pipes that had not been opened for a long time. After many phone calls, our family settled into the new room at 11pm. The resort is in a remote, deserted area, the dark entrance looks scary. I ordered lunch to take to my room. I called my friends to clean up the dishes but no one left them outside for exactly 1 day until I received the order.

I had a very sad experience here. I rented a garden-view villa for 2 nights. The first impression when I arrived here was the warm welcome from the hotel receptionist. They only said welcome and greeted foreign guests, but the reception from our country was not warm. I had just booked a room when I arrived, so I had to wait. Even though I had informed the receptionist in advance that my baby was sleeping in the car, if there was no immediate room available, I could still wait outside the car to let the baby sleep, but when I had time, I went in to ask. Again, when I was told there was a room, I pulled the boy's head in under my arm and was told there was still no room. So fed up with Ks's bullshit information. Before I could reach the room, I was surprised by a clogged toilet and a clogged toilet. I struggled to handle it myself because I thought it was too terrible, really. After bathing in the sea, my child was happy and wanted to take a bath again when he received a dirty water combo as shown in the picture. No matter how much water he rinsed, it turned black. I was startled because from the time I checked in until 6pm, the whole house had been using dirty water. don't know. Even washing baby bottles is done with this dirty water. The first time I called the reception desk, no one came down and waited. I called the second time before a technician came down to check. G-d sat waiting in despair. In the end, I was late for my evening plan, so I had to take a temporary shower with dirty water to rinse off the salty water on my body. I went to the receptionist to explain and was asked by the receptionist, "Why didn't you call the receptionist and handle it yourself?" The receptionist's attitude is not happy when guests encounter problems. And importantly, not a single apology. I tried to control my anger and avoid ruining our family's wonderful evening, so I didn't argue any further with the receptionist. The second day went as normal until the afternoon when I returned to the villa, exhausted after 1 day, then ate another Power Outage combo... I picked up the phone to call the receptionist but couldn't because there was no electricity... Everything was paralyzed, my husband had to walk outside to the reception, there was an argument outside and someone came in to fix the electricity. When I got to a house with electricity, I continued to eat the same Dirty Water combo as the first day... then called the technician... and had to wait a few hours for it to be fixed. After the repair, the receptionist brought me a fruit plate to apologize, but I honestly feel that this resort ruined my entire vacation, and the apology at the end of the night was too late. We hope everyone will consider this when choosing accommodation for their vacation.
