The hotel is right near the center, very convenient. Shuttle taxi to the door. There are also convenience stores around. Room without window is a bit mysterious but fully furnished. The bathroom is very spacious. Good value for money

I booked and paid on 24/02/2025. At 19:40 on 08/03/2025, I went to check in and the receptionist said there were no rooms available and did not give me a solution to the room. The hotel asked to leave the account information so that on 09/03 they could refund the money I had booked? The hotel did not give a suitable solution but only replied that the money had been paid and made me have to find another hotel that night? And the hotel also asked me to reply that when Traveloka called to confirm the information, I would still check in and receive the room normally. I feel very upset about the service attitude and the solution given by the hotel. They work irresponsibly towards customers.

Advantages: convenient location near tourist attractions, support for early check-in/late check-out (with fee) Disadvantages: no place to park motorbikes, have to park in the surrounding area with parking fee, old room but cheap price so acceptable, the inside door lock of the room is hard to open so it takes quite a while to ask for help to fix it.

The first time was very good, convenient location, clean room, today is the second time here but the experience is too bad, I booked 2 rooms but 1 room was too bad, like a hotel room without any service, even worse than a motel room. Will never come back again even though the hotel location is quite nice and convenient to travel.

Really disappointed with the hotel service. I have booked this hotel many times before, and I am satisfied with the service and room infrastructure. But recently, when I rebooked, I saw that most of the staff had changed. When I came to check in, they took me to another, more advanced room and requested to charge me an additional fee. We did not agree. At first they told us there was no need for a surcharge, then 1 hour later they told us to go to another room and didn't even apologize. We feel very bothered. This is the last time I booked it.

Stuff were extremely unprofessional and refused to acknowledge my room booking I chose at the time of the booking. Also to add, I accidentally booked a wrong date and tried to fix it with them and also refused to help. Overall they weren't even willing to help me with anything I asked of them.

Room was very dirty. Everyday suppose to have room service but was not clean everyday. Working staff was okay but the hotel manger have a very bad attitude. This is the worst hotel experience I have so far. I have never given a 1 star review before but the hotel manger really deserves 1 star.

Book phòng 3 đêm dặn nhân viên và treo makeup room đi cả ngày về không hề dọn dẹp còn trả lời là do đồ anh chị để dưới sàn nên không dọn được . Vali không để dưới sàn thì bỏ trên giường hay sao ạ ? Ban đầu đặt phòng trên app thì check-in cho người ta hạng phòng khác rất tệ sau khi complain mới đổi đúng phòng . Với giá tiền này cũng có thể chấp nhận được . Xà phòng tắm, nước rửa tay hết sạch đổ nước vào cho khách xài tiếp . Quá tệ

This is the second time I'm choose this hotel to stay but the wifi is very bad, even though I'm also ask for the reception about this happen of wifi, they just answer because I'm at high floor so that 's why wifi is not strong enough. That 's shitt.
