The hotel is terrible. The staff is stiff, not enthusiastic, the staff style is not polite, just like a scam. There is no toilet for guests who come from far away before the check-in time. My family had to leave this hotel for 2 nights, find another hotel on the same day, will never return to this hotel. And also need to review when booking through the site.

I booked a Superior room which is more expensive than the Standard room and in the photo it has a balcony. But after 2 days the hotel said that the Superior room and the Standard room are the same, told me to move to a small Standard room without a balcony. If I still want to stay in a room with a balcony, I have to pay more. So if you plan to book a Superior room, book a Standard because the hotel said it is the same and does not have a balcony like in the photo.

The room was so bad, the toilet felt like it fell when I sat on it. When asked to change the room, they wouldn't let me change it. They told me they were out of rooms 👇👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 When I arrived at the hotel, I told them to go to Kim Dung TQK. I couldn't even bother to talk about it.

I mean, it's like a joke, I booked a superior room with a balcony window, but when I checked in, it was a standard room =))) I told the receptionist, and she said the hotel uploaded the wrong photo, the room I received was correct blah blah, I mean, it's like fooling a 1st grader 🙂, you should handle situations like this more professionally, avoid frustrating guests like this.

Yes, my deluxe room only has a front balcony. The room I received was superior, exactly as I booked on traveloka. The picture we set up on traveloka is a picture of a Deluxe room

When I arrived, the staff said there were no more rooms, using the excuse that the air conditioner was broken and then took me to a nearby branch. With very poor quality, they took me to a very high and deserted room. The blanket was still dusty and the furniture was old. And there was no prior notice after I booked.

Khách sạn ở trung tâm, nhân viên ổn. Phòng cũng sạch sẽ, điểm trừ duy nhất mình quên chưa phản ánh lại với họ. Phòng 203 khoá cửa sau bị kẹt không khoá được, mình ngủ buổi tối cũng khá lo lắng về đồ đạc cá nhân. Chủ khách sạn nếu đọc được thư này của mình thì cho thợ sửa đi nhé
