I am completely satisfied with the accommodation I chose for my last trip to Ninh Chu. A perfect place with new room (same as posted pictures on the resort's website), beautiful landscape, fresh air with many trees, delicious food and friendly & good-served staffs.

The hotel is centrally located, the beach is quite wide and beautiful. The hotel grounds are very large but the rooms are very cramped, plus the furniture is old and out of date. The breakfast food does not taste good. There are many small flies in the area. The plus point is that there is an internal water park with games and a clean swimming pool, which children love. If the hotel is renovated, it will surely attract many customers.

Beautiful location, quiet and private beach. However, the resort should clean the beach every day to avoid danger to customers. The room needs better ventilation. In addition, the staff is very enthusiastic and lovely.

Đồ ăn sáng hơi nghèo nàn và khó lựa chọn, bánh hỏi phục vụ vào ngày chủ nhật (17/3) bị chua như đồ cũ. Lúc check out, gia đình đã nói là không sử dụng minibar (cụ thể là khoai tây và nước trong tủ lạnh) vì đã tự chuẩn bị theo, và minibar cất lên cao để trẻ con không lấy được, nhưng HK vẫn tráo hộp đã sử dụng (ban đầu nhận phòng là 1 hộp khoai nâu và xanh lá nhưng lúc tráo lại tráo thành 2 hộp nâu đã khui) và bắt chúng tôi trả tiền. Vào đối chất thì 4 nhân viên buồng phòng gân cổ lên cãi lại và rất mâu thuẫn, quá mất thời gian đôi co để người nhà phải chờ đợi trong xe nên chúng tôi trả tiền luôn nhưng trong lòng vẫn không nguôi ngoai được. Chúng tôi ngay từ đầu đã chấp nhận trả tiền cho giá upgrade lên hạng phòng mới 700K/phòng/đêm thì ăn quỵt làm gì của quý khách sạn vài hộp khoai ấy. Quản lý khách sạn có đọc được những dòng trên của chúng tôi thì nên chấn chỉnh lại sự thành thật của nhân viên, đừng vì để một vài cá nhân ảnh hưởng đến sự uy tín và cố gắng của cả tập thể. Trân trọng!
