Room is clean, fully equipped. Friendly and hospitable staff. The hotel can rent motorbikes very conveniently and at a very cheap price. Next time I go to Da Lat, I will choose not Boutique Hotel

New hotel, fully furnished near the center. I arrived from Saigon to Da Lat at 10:30 pm. The LT staff assisted me in getting an early check-in at no extra charge. The hotel space is cozy, the bed is soft, clean and fragrant. Unfortunately, in the basement there are many small insects.

I came near the 2025 Hung King Commemoration Day and was quite disappointed when staying here. The only plus point that I was satisfied with was probably the male receptionists at the counter - they were polite and enthusiastic in providing information. Minus points: - The room was damp and very run-down (I stayed on the 1st floor), I was quite surprised that the reception hall was very spacious and very neat, but when I checked in, it was completely the opposite. - I stayed for 2 nights but the room was not cleaned and the towels were not changed, I had to go down to the reception to request new towels. - The room's soundproofing was extremely bad, everything in the lobby could be heard in the room. - The light in the room was broken. Sometimes the switch worked and sometimes it didn't. - The curtains in the toilet were covered in black mold. - On the 1st floor, the wifi was super slow and sometimes dropped, there was not a single network signal. I hope the hotel owner reads this review and renovates the room to be worthy of a 3-star hotel.

The room is OK, the price is relatively cheap. But the receptionist speaks too softly, afraid that people will hear or something. The receptionist's service is very poor, when checking out, they even forgot to give the customer their ID card back. The customer had to ask to return it, but they said they forgot 😢

basement room, hard to find, no staff to guide or help with luggage. The room is in the basement, damp, stuffy. No windows or ventilation system. Like a box. I checked in and checked out right after 1 hour of check in. Will not come back or book on the app, information is not correct.

The room was very dirty, so dirty that hair and dirt were right on the edges of the walls surrounding the bathroom and bedroom. Anyone who can stand dirt and wants to live in a musty smell, please come down to floor B1 to experience it. It was so dirty that I was so scared that I had to change rooms and pay an extra 200k, but it was still dirty, the only difference was that it wasn't moldy.

The room I booked for 1 night was nearly 1 million. The actual room was not the same as the picture posted on the app. The bathroom could be seen from the outside. The power source was unstable, the lights kept turning on and off many times when dark. Poor soundproofing. The TV could not be used. I really will not come back again.

The hotel pictures are one way, but the room delivered is different. The room looks like a patchwork, the bathroom has no vacuum cleaner, the price is high, the bathtub is broken and unusable, the room is very ugly and not comfortable, in general, I am very disappointed with this hotel.

Hanging a sheep's head and selling dog meat. Booked a room and took a nice picture of the bathroom, but when checking in, the room was not as shown in the picture. Asked to change rooms, they said they were full, and blamed Traveloka for posting messy pictures.

I booked a room here for 2 nights but was disappointed from the first moment I arrived. I arrived early at 5am, contacted the hotel to leave my luggage. When I got there, the staff was sleeping. When I called, the staff told me to go in by myself, not to receive guests but to continue sleeping. I texted in advance to ask if there was a waiting area and a toilet. But when the staff saw us struggling to change clothes, they didn't turn on the lights, we had to turn on the flash to change clothes. The toilet was very smelly, there was no hand soap. The room was in the basement so it was quite stuffy, with that price you can still stay in a more airy place! There was no door to the toilet so it was very inconvenient. The hotel doesn't have an iron to borrow, ironing service for 20k/1 ao dai? The room is poorly soundproofed, the rooms next door have the TV on all night long, making it difficult to sleep. The staff is superficial, doesn't take care of the guests, cleans the room and then cleans the towels. Called the reception 2-3 times but they didn't pick up. What kind of receptionist just sits there looking at their phones and drinking milk tea. Overall, the experience here is very very bad! Never come back
