The small room is quite small and not fully equipped (no hangers, no hair dryer). In return, the friendly staff near the center is easy to move, and there is a motorbike rental service.

We are very pleased with the hotel service, from receptionists to chefs, serving rooms are very pleasant, clean rooms are a bit small but the price is quite suitable with the utilities. . Despite of the location (in the alley and the grab taxi couldn't drive thru ) the room was great, hot water, lift available. the hotel (family staff) service is good. many street food around, local bank for money exchange also nearby. for tour booking to ha long bay also can be explored around, recommended.

The new hotel located deep in the opposite lane has a temple. Very quiet in the evening. Small room but reasonable design, very good use of the area. The bathroom is very ok with a standing shower, has a smell, so it dries quickly, the bed is very clean and smooth. Because I checked out very early, I didn't try to eat breakfast, but the receptionist said I could prepare it for myself. The price for a central hotel like this is too good. Next time will continue here

At 6 o'clock, the room was full. Let's come to the new room at 2pm, will be upgraded to a Deluxe room again at 5pm to take to the 5th floor, ask the staff (because it is six people at the same time) that this is a Superior room? I do not know what to say, but I think it's a good idea. Breakfast There are more than one thousand at the price. Come here, it's worth it. Next time will be booked here.

The hotel is great, only you like the receptionist in the evening, you in the morning seem to want to bully guests like me, breakfast I asked, but when I went down to order, I said there was no pho! Then forced me to check out before the scheduled time, but I did not like to show my attitude! But anyway the hotel is still very good! If I come back to Hanoi next time, I'm still in this hotel! And reception desk only! I do what I feel is right.

The location is hard to reach the vehicle so make sure you do not bring a large suitcase. Its location in a narrow alley. But clean his hotel, the receptionist also fluent English. Breakfast was like at the family dinner table.
