I want a refund immediately ! Tiny entrance looks like hidden cave ! Stinky toilet. Bodysoap was filled in water bottles. I paid 40 dollars - 900.000 VND for this one. I want a refund !

Đặt trên app thì hình ảnh phòng khác đến khi nhận phòng thì khác hoàn toàn. Phòng vừa chật vừa nhỏ vừa bí không có lỗ thông gió, không tủ lạnh, mùi ẩm mốc, khăn rách, giường đầy bụi. Tôi bị nổi mẫn đỏ chỉ sau 1 đêm ngủ. - Khách sạn này đặt trên app thì một tên đến địa chỉ thì nhân viên báo khách sạn đã đổi thành 1 tên khác. Sau khi đến nhận phòng nhân viên đưa tôi phòng khác hoàn toàn tôi muốn phòng khác thì phải phụ thi thêm tiền. Còn không thì ở phòng nhỏ (như hình). Hoặc xách vali lên tầng 8 (ko có tháng máy tầng 8) - khách sạn còn không có cả thang máy phòng ở tầng 8. khách sạn nằm trong ngỏ cực kỳ nhỏ, đi vào phòng thì hoàn toàn không có ánh sáng mặt trời khiến phòng rất ẩm thấm và ngộp. Trải nghiệm thật sự tồi tệ khi đến HN.

Cảm ơn các anh nhân viên dth nhé rất hỗ trợ luôn , nhưng mà phòng tệ quá 🥲 đặt phòng trên app là 5 người rồi mà xếp cái phòng nhỏ vô cùng, trang thiết bị quá cũ, máy sấy hư, ga giường bẩn, điều hoà không chỉnh được tối ngủ lạnh điên

nghỉ đêm tại trung tâm Hà Nội với giá gần 300k trên app, 2 mẹ con ở thoải mái, tầng 1 không có cửa sổ, anh chủ bảo nâng hạng nhưng thấy không cần thiết vì chỉ để ngủ 1 tối, ở ngõ nên phải để ý mới biết

Nhận phòng vào khoảng 20:00 nhưng khi lên phòng vẫn chưa được dọn. Hành lý nhiều nhưng xếp phòng không có thang máy lên 2 tầng. Nơi ở gần công trình sửa chữa khá ồn ào. Phòng có rèm nhưng ánh sáng chiếu vào rất chói. Đường vào khách sạn hẻm nhỏ và khó đi.

This is not Hanoi Boutique Hotel, all the name card and sign is Malo Boutique Hotel, the real Hanoi Boutique Hotel is in the roadside. This Malo Boutique Hotel is about 50 meters inside small alley (wide about 1-1.2meter) and can be troublesome when you have many luggages. Even local peoples have difficulty to find this hotel. You will have difficulty also when book local tour, airports transfer and etc. We come in groups of 18 persons, many luggages, bus drop at the wrong points, 3 wrong location before can get to this place, even hotel location on apps also not correct. This is more like backpacker hotel. Rooms a bit smelly, towel not clean, and very noisy at night when people pass the ally and talking.

The hotel is hidden in a narrow alley, hard to find from the highway. The rooms are large and spacious even though they seem to be an old hotel. There is construction work in front of the hotel.
