The staff are enthusiastic and cheerful. The breakfast is normal. During peak season, I went to 1m so I only stayed in a room with 2 single beds. But the way it opens a door connecting to another room, so it's a bit awkward. Everything else is okay.

Due to the storm, the ferry cannot run and there is no refund. I will follow this case to the end. Traveloka and the hotel are pushing responsibility and refusing to resolve it.

I was assigned a connecting room so the soundproofing was not good, while I have a small child. I had difficulty determining the right means of transportation for my family. After many inconveniences and expenses while choosing the right means of transportation: electric tuk tuk is only suitable for families with many members. The hotel bus runs by the hour. I chose a green taxi but there was not one in the hotel parking lot ready to pick up guests. I tried to ask the bellman in the lobby but received unclear answers about the differences between the means of transportation, and was not enthusiastic in consulting. And similarly when I tried to ask the security staff and the driver wearing a Grand World shirt at the main bus station. I only received the answer that the free bus was too long or had stopped running or the taxi did not run for too little money. No one instructed me to download the Vin Bus and SM taxi apps. When I booked a room through Travolaka, I did not receive electronic instructions from Vinpearl to make the trip more convenient. The hotel's hot water system was also unstable. Hot and cold depends on the general pressure of the floor, not suitable for children to bathe alone. The whole lobby has only 1 public toilet, including the restaurant.
