This is a beautiful property with great amenities. The room was fantastic with an amazing view of the ocean. The pool area is wonderful with plenty of seating and lots of shade. The restaurant is excellent, both for breakfast and also for other meals. The best thing about this property is the staff. Everyone who works there is friendly and welcoming, and do everything they can to make it a great experience. One staff member in particular, Tien, was wonderful to deal with. She checked us in and kept in contact to see if there was anything that we required or any questions she could answer. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

This was a terrible decision to stay at this hotel, from the hotel to the resort it was terrible. After 2 nights we relocated to another hotel. We couldn’t bear the noise from within our room coming from the beach till 2am,the uncleanlines of the room the location the beach the other guests(sorry). It felt as though we was in some kind of dystopian nightmare… the breakfast was like feeding time at the zoo. The rooms was circa 1984 as was the resort. If you like the soviet block vibe with lashings of vodka I suggest you keep well away from this hotel and resort.

Staff were great. Helpful and efficient. Breakfast choices and food was greatly disappointing. Just the overall quality was just stomach filler - nothing memorable. In fact, inspite of being included in our stay, many times we went to Ms. Bamboo or Nha Trang Beach club for breakfast/brunch.

Do yourself a favor - if you intend on booking a sea / beach view room, make sure they put you up in a high floor. The noise from the street on the lower floors (10'nish) is pretty bad. Other than that, the pool, beach and breakfast dining room can be crowded if the hotel is fully booked.

The good: • The location is excellent—right across from the beach and close to shopping, dining, and the night market. • Our room had an incredible ocean view and was spacious and clean. • Breakfast had a wide variety, with both Western and Asian options. • The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. What could be better: • Check-in took a long time and felt disorganized. • The furnishings in the room felt a bit outdated for a property of this level. • The refrigerator didn’t work—it was warm the whole time, and after reading reviews, it seems we weren’t the only ones with that issue. • If you’re staying on a higher floor, be prepared to wait on the elevators—especially during busy hours. It could take quite a while to get down.

Absolutely perfect stay. The staff were attentive and made you feel welcomed all the time. The rooms were just the perfect setting - we had a suite with 2 bedrooms and it was super comfy. View was great too. Breakfast is sufficient. Location is just right - in front of beach and walking distance to everything in the town Only thing to suggest to the hotel is consider charging F&M to the room instead of paying on the spot eg the pool area

Have stayed at the vin pear several times always an enjoyable experience, staff are polite and helpful, check in was speedy, room spacious and fully functional, very comfortable bed, breakfast has a good choice of both Asian and Western fare, although at peak times it can be hectic. Down side, although the location is excellent, nights can be noisy especially at weekends due to the beach parties, Biggest downside is that the Hotel pre booked airport transfers are extremely expensive we were quoted 1,400,000 dong for a transfer , however we managed to easily arrange a drop off for 500,000 with a private company. Maybe an area for improvement. Overall another great 5 days looking forward to staying again in the future. Sally and Dave York’s

Took off a star because internet in the room was non existent. Essentially, no wifi until you get to the lobby. Room did not have plates or utensils or pots and pans for the fact that it had a mini kitchen, which was odd. Room is amazing. I got a two bedroom ocean view and it did not disappoint with a HUGE wraparound porch. Every room had a new of the water. Room was clean, had a mini kitchen. The staff is friendly. From the front desk to anyone who happens to work for the hotel who is in the elevator. Just friendly and super helpful! My son had a bad experience at the restaurant and the hotel made everything right for us. Super attentive and apologetic. Honestly, it was not the staff’s fault. It was simply the hotel/company set up. The infinity pool was a great pool with view of the water. Come to the beach early like 6am and you’ll get the lounge chair. Towels are given to you at the beach. It’s sectioned off as part of Vinpearl but the public can still access so use caution. Awesome beach. Couldn’t have been more pleased.

However, the buffet area is too crowded and the daily room cleaning service is inconsistent and often takes place at very late in the day unless requesting it repeatedly with the front desk receptionist.
