Villa is located next to a quiet, spacious lake, shuttle service from the villa to the lobby and vinwonder is quick, about 5-15 minutes after calling. Friendly and enthusiastic worker. On-time and comfortable airport shuttle support. There is also a safari and grand world shuttle bus with a frequency of every 30 minutes. We do not have to pay any additional transportation costs when coming here. Breakfast is also very diverse.

Tôi vừa có chuyến đi vào ngày 18-20/7/2023. Mọi thứ đều ổn ngoại trừ đèn trước villa không sáng, nước hồ bơi không sạch. xung quanh khu vực hồ bơi tại villa dơ. Còn lại đồ ăn và nhân viên phục vụ đều ok

Großes Zimmer, sehr nette Mitarbeiter. WC stinkt. Sehr große Anlage.Für Freizeitpark lohnt sich 2 Nächte zu schlafen aber sonst gibt es bessere Hotels in Phu Quoc

dịch vụ quá tệ, giao villas mà không kiểm tra trước, tôi nhận được cái căn villas không vệ sinh kỹ hay vừa mới hút hầm cầu xong, trời oie cái mùi thối như mùi phân hút bồn cầu, vừa ăn trưa xong nhận cái phòng phải chạy đi ói 2 lần, vậy mà khi gọi để đổi phòng thì ban đầu nhân viên không chịu đổi kêu đợi chút tìm nhân viên kỹ thuật, mãi khi t gọi mãi 25’ sau cho 1 nhân viên cầm chai xịt mùi tới wtf ?? nhân viên đó cũng muốn ói nên mới gọi về, bắt khách hứng cái mùi phân cả buổi, khi tôi gọi đến cuộc gọi thứ 5 ( 40’ sau nhân viên khác mới tới) và cả nhân viên mới họ còn không chịu được cái mùi phân thúi đó nên va mãi đến 40’ tôi mới được đổi phòng làm cả gia đình tôi phải ra sân nắng nóng đợi vì không thể chịu nổi,..làm ăn quá tệ. ngoài ra khi t mua vé sở thú nhân viên cũng không nắm rõ thông tin tư vân ẩu, không nhận sai còn cãi chày cãi cối đùng đẩy ABC chứ mình không sai, mà trong khi tôi có rõ bằng chứng vẫn cố cãi, tôi không hiểu sao 1 resort thương hiệu cũng có tên trên thị trường mà làm việc quá cẩu thả và dịch vụ cũng như cư xử lại thiếu chuyên nghiệp đến như vậy.

It was the worst experience ever in 5 stars hotel. I really doubt how they have 5 stars. When I arrived around 3, they waited me for more than 30 mins to check in. When I finally got into the room, it was dirty and messy outside the garden for the dishes from previous guests-such a thing that you never expected for a 5-star hotel. I was too tired to wait, so just get in the room and rest. When we tried to sleep, the light switch wasn't working-never turned off. Poor maintenance. It also takes a long time to have a person fix it. The next day, no wonder they didn't make up my room even though I asked. I asked to change the room, but they said fully booked, so they can't but they can give me a dish of fruits. Ridiculous. Never recommended. If you think it ' s airbnb, yes you can.

The price does not come with the service, 3 bedroom villas, 6 adults, 1 child and 1 child, but the surcharge for children is 6 months, the toilet is a bit smelly, the takeaway food is very bad 🥲

Discovery 1 is located next to Vinwonder, so moving through the game area is quick and easy. The electric car drivers support to pick you up from the park to the villa. Having a car to move to other areas of Vin is quite convenient. However, there is no car to enter the center of Duong Dong town. Villa 3 PN ok, comfortable stay. Enthusiastic support staff
