The hotel is very comfortable and thoughtful. Near the center, the staff are very enthusiastic and friendly (Tram, Ngoc and Erik). I have a note on a high floor and the hotel actually assigned me a room on the top floor. Clean swimming pool, delicious breakfast buffet. The deluxe room has a luxurious bathtub, the price is unbeatable. Next time will still stay here

The receptionist is very cute. Speaks softly. The room is very comfortable and convenient, but the bathroom has a terrible smell that cannot be escaped. I hope the hotel improves. There is more. I checked in this morning but accidentally forgot my bag with money and documents. I called the receptionist and he was very enthusiastic in helping me find it. By the way, thank you very much to the hotel.

Good service attitude. Especially Nhien, Truc, Hoa. Friendly and enthusiastic attitude. Create a comfortable and happy feeling for customers. Hope you will always keep that attitude. This is the 3rd time I stay at Xavia. And will continue to come back when I have the chance.
