This is the third time I've stayed at Yen, the room is spacious, clean, has all the basic amenities, airy, and today the staff gave me a beautiful gift 😆😆

The toilet is clogged. Some bathroom equipment is no longer good. The dishes and pans in the room are still greasy. The room is noisy. The soundproofing is extremely poor.

The room is spacious, airy, the sofa is soft, the soundproofing is extremely good even though the hotel is quite crowded. Especially the hot water in the bathroom is very good. Only the refrigerator is a bit small so it is not very convenient for long-term rental. There is a lot of food around, convenient to travel.

The room is quite old. I found the toilet not very clean, especially the bathroom. The soundproofing is not good, I can hear the conversation in the next room. The dishes seem to have been left unused for a long time so I have to wash them again. The dishwashing sponge is very old. Overall, it is okay for a one-day stay, but for a long stay, I will have to reconsider.

The hotel has a strong odor from the elevator to the corridor and the room. I stayed there for several days in a row, but the hotel did not take the initiative to clean the room. I asked for cleaning once, but when I came back, I found that they only made the bed and did not even change the garbage bag. What's more, except for 2 bottles of 300ml water in the room when I moved in, they did not give me a bottle of water in the past few days.

Regarding the cleaning schedule, we typically arrange cleaning every 2-3 days or provide daily cleaning services upon request. Since no specific request was made, your room was scheduled for cleaning on the second night of your stay. After reviewing the situation, we conducted an immediate check with our housekeeping team and have taken appropriate action to address any oversight in the cleaning process. We sincerely apologize for this lapse and assure you that we are implementing measures to prevent such issues in the future. Moreover, water will be provided during room cleaning. If there is no scheduled cleaning, water will be served upon request. If you need additional water, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will promptly provide it for you. Additionally, our hotel has a water refill station available in the lobby for your convenience. We deeply regret any inconvenience caused and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. The staff is very friendly. Room is spacious, decent for the price and comfort. The neighbor areas are calm at night but just a bit noisy at day time. The sound proof is not good. I could hear the sound of the room upper and next door clearly sometimes. Overall experience is good for the price.
