Your Points didn't disappear, but rather being consolidated. In an effort to simplify Points for your convenience, we’ve merged the three types of Points that we have — Extra Points, Basic Points, & Priority Points — into one as Traveloka Points.

As a result, it’s now easier for you to collect Points because all of what you’ve earned will be stored in a single place.

No, because Traveloka Priority calculations are only calculated based on your transactions for the past 1 year (Traveloka XP). Earning Priority Points, Using Priority Points, or Expiring Priority Points after 7 May 2024 will not affect your Traveloka Priority tier calculation. So you can use Points without worrying.

You will see your Priority Points and Extra Points will be unified as Basic Points, while app ver 3.100 onwards basic Points will be updated to Traveloka Points

Yes, you can. Just apply the coupons that you want to use and redeem your Points during payment process.

It depends on how you earn the Points. If it comes from transactions, then your Points will be activated 7 days after booking is completed (used/consumed). While Points from other sources will be active immediately upon earning.

You can redeem Points before its expiration date, which will be 3 Month - 1 years after it is active.

There are several reasons why your Points are lost, as follows:

1. Error in the booking process.

• Payment not Verified, and booking status not verified. Please expect a refund for a maximum of 1x24 hours. However, if the refund has not been received even after 1 x 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service.
• Payment verified, and booking status not verified. Please contact Customer Service to request a refund.

2. Expired. Each Points type has its own active period, please visit Points Page to see your active Points detail.

3. Other reasons. Please contact our Customer Service to get help regarding this issue.

Yes, there are several conditions that must be met to redeem Points during transactions, which are:

1. You must have min. 5.000 Points to enable redemption
2. Points are redeemable for these products: Flights, Hotels, Car Rental, Airport Transfer, Bus & Travel, and Travel Activities

Here are some ways to earn Points:

1. Complete Flights, Hotels, Car Rental, Airport Transfer, Bus & Travel, and Travel Activities transactions on Traveloka
2. Make use of cashback coupons, bonuses, partnerships, and conversions from loyalty programs outside of Traveloka
3. Play games on Traveloka's Reward Zone, completing missions, and taking part in referral programs

Also, make sure that you logged in to your Traveloka account before completing the activities above. Otherwise, you won't be able to earn Points.

Traveloka App, there are 2 ways to go to check your Points detail, as follows:

1. Login to your account -> Go to your Homepage -> tap Points in the top left corner of your screen -> after being redirected to the Points Page, tap See All Points Activity -> choose the Current Points tab to check your active Points details or select the Points History tab to check the usage/earning details
2. Login to your account -> Go to My Account -> scroll down to My Rewards section -> tap your current Points menu -> after being redirected to the Points Page, tap See All Points Activity -> choose the Current Points tab to check your active Points details or select the Points History tab to check the usage/earning details.

Traveloka Web Mobile:

Login to your account -> Go to your Homepage -> Go to My Account -> scroll down to My Rewards section -> tap your current Points menu after being redirected to the Points Page, tap See All Points Activity -> choose the Current Points tab to check your active Points details or select the Points History tab to check the usage/earning details.

Traveloka Web Desktop:

Login to your account -> click your account profile (with your name displayed on it) on the right corner of your screen -> click My Points -> click the Points History link in the Points detail card to check the usage/earning details.

3. Join Traveloka's special events or reward raffles. You can also visit Points Catalog Page to see what's happening on Traveloka

Please be advised if you are unable to redeem your Points, it is probably due to:

1. The minimum threshold to enable redemption hasn't been met yet;
2. The Traveloka product service has not supported Points earning or redemption yet;
3. System error.

In case of a system error, please contact our Customer Service to get help.

Please be informed that if your booking is refundable, then you can get a refund in the form of Points. But if your booking is non-refundable, then the redeemed Points cannot be returned back to you.

However, the refunded Points will still be affected by their expiration date. Meaning, if your Points are refunded past their expiration date, then the Points will be expired upon injection. You can check Points History if this happens.
