Vaccination center location: Terminal 2 Soekarno-Hatta Airport (after arrival gate Terminal 2E) and Terminal 3 Soekarno-Hatta Airport (after arrival gate 3 and 4)

Vaccination center operational hours: 09.00 – 16.00 WIB (Break time at 12.00 – 13.00 WIB)

This vaccination program is valid for Indonesian citizens (WNI) aged 18 years old or older.

Terms and Conditions
1.
You must have got the 1st vaccination with Sinovac brand and you must book the voucher at least 28 days after your 1st vaccine injection date.
2.
The voucher is only valid for 1 person and 1 dose of COVID-19 Vaccine.
3.
This vaccination is only valid for Indonesian citizens (WNI) aged 18 years or older. If you are a flight passenger from CGK you need to come to the vaccination center 4 hours before your flight departure time.
4.
You must present the Traveloka voucher, a valid ID (KTP), 1st vaccination certificate card, health screening form (click here), and a pen upon arrival at the vaccination center. If you don't bring the health screening form, you need to fill in the form in the airport.
5.
Please come to the airport vaccination center according to your selected schedule to prevent crowds. There is a service break from 12:00 to 13:00 WIB.
6.
The service provider reserves the right to deny service to those who are unable to present valid required documents or don't pass the medical assessment.

1.
You will get a free Car Rental coupon worth IDR 100,000 which can be used as your transportation to the vaccination location at Soekarno-Hatta Airport.
2.
To get the Car Rental coupon, you must register for the second dose of vaccine through Traveloka Xperience.
3.
Car Rental discount coupon can be found in the "Special Rewards" section under the "My Account" menu on your Traveloka app within 1x24 hours. Make sure you have installed and logged in on the latest version of Traveloka app.
4.
Each user in one account can only get 1 Car Rental coupon during the program period.
5.
Car Rental coupon can only be used at Traveloka for your trip to the vaccine location at Soekarno-Hatta Airport.
