The ticket exchange process is very easy. When there was not much queue.

Genting is great, too bad there is no glass floor. It is better to go to the glass floor to avoid the queue, then go back to the standard gondola.

The staff serving the ticketing at the location are not friendly. The queue area is too narrow, so it is difficult to breathe when waiting in line.

It was so much fun playing at Genting Highland.

bad luck for me cuz my waiting time is too much... one and half hour.. crazy.. and it was raining so It's foggy and I got less view. my tip is just don't go during peak and rainy season 🥴
