I had a fantastic, relaxing time. Even though I was a few minutes late for my appointment, I recieved the full treatment I had booked, and thoroughly enjoyed the relaxation massage 120 min.

clean, comfortable, friendly and kind staff. I was massaged comfortably and didn't hurt, I was given a shower in my own room, not in the usual shower room, three of us came, given two separate rooms. good service, voucher redeem is also easy. only the parking lot is rather small, but you can still park in front of the shop, guarded by officers. over all, i will come back again. thanks.

got the best price for Mother's Day promo, Mother and I took the wellness package for 150 minutes. complete package which is very good, but the massage is too long and it hurts afterwards, so it's more recommended to take the 120-minute package or other types of massage

This is the first time I come to My Spa Bali and there's nothing but compliments that all I can say about this place. The facility is great, the staff are friendly and helpful and the massage is very good. Definitely will be coming here again
