The staff is friendly and the voucher claim process is also easy.

The staff on duty yesterday didn't understand, then the exchange took a long time. After that, when they were about to leave, the staff laughed for no reason, it was obvious that I was offended. I don't know what they were laughing at until they all closed their mouths and whispered. The incident happened around 3 pm, and the supervisor was also there and laughed too. I swear, I was so offended. Very bad attitude!!

The staff at the location are very friendly and very helpful in exchanging tickets. I have used Traveloka twice to play at Kidzilla and thank God it went smoothly until the ticket exchange. There were no problems at all. Hopefully it will continue like this in the future
