Super smooth network, quick and convenient registration

The first day, the internet was quite good. From the second day onwards, it was almost impossible. I had to share my friend's normal SIM card to use the internet instead.

You should inform the customer know which model of cellphone can use the e-4G Sims. I use the old iPhoneX and I cannot use this e-4G Sims. It cost me more than few hundred VND and I cannot use it.

5g is really slow. As the sim card has no phone number so you cannot register for uber or other services. 5g sometimes is extremely slow.

The network is almost unusable. Calls are unstable and can't be made. Text messages are sometimes received and sometimes lost. Sending a photo takes a whole day and it's not certain that it will be sent successfully. Completely useless.
