I stay here when my daughter has volleyball tournaments at the beach, great staff and facility

This was our second visit to this hotel, so I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place on the oceanfront. It is about midway on the boardwalk, and is within walking distance of some good restaurants and shopping. Rates are reasonable, which is always a plus.

Beautiful ocean view from all rooms, right on the oceanfront boardwalk, conveniently midway between the fisherman pier and the statue of Neptune, for great walks. We stayed there multiple times in various groups: as a couple, as a family with two teenage kids, and once with my senior parents. In all occasions we had a wonderful time. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

It was clean. I slept with the balcony open and can hear the ocean it was so peaceful.

Stay was pretty good. Only issue we had was the room was very hot. It was in the 40s outside and we had to turn the air on and open the door to cool the room. As soon as we stopped it heated back up. Other than that stay was very good.

My family of four was in the area for a sports event and this hotel was booked last minute. The hotel was clean. The front desk staff did advise me that due to the cold temperature outside the water may take additional time to warm up. She also advised if it was not to my liking she would can maintenance. Overall, great stay.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel staff and valet were great.

Here for Surfin Santa, allowed to check I. Early. Parking tight but not too far from hotel. Hotel full of elementary age wrestlers but our room quiet! Able to enjoy Boardwalk lights! Hemingway restaurant convent and reasonable.

We loved the location.

The HVAC unit was very noisy, I informed the front desk and they offered to switch rooms at 0030. I declined and finally fell asleep with the TV volume turned up and the HVAC system turned off. The noise appeared to be coming from the stack. Clearly this problem should have been corrected before the room was occupied!

Hotel itself was fine but we had people on our floor that let their kids run up and down hallway streaming to wear off energy. Then parents sat in hallway laughing and talking very loudly. One point kid tried opening our door (which didn’t work). They did stop by 8:30 but it was still made our trip miserable.

Staff was great. And the view was quite nice. I love visiting.my hometown and looking at the oceanfront.. Only issue I had was the heat didn't work too well, room never got about ve 67, no matter what temp or setting i tried. Great bartender also.

Beds were very comfortable and enjoyed the beautiful view.

Loved the new upgrades they did. The beds and pillows were absolutely the best i have slept in/on. Only complaint was the AC wasn't working ( Room 610 ) and they did replace it but had to turn it off due to being extremely loud while running so left the balcony door open for air which was good anways listening to the waves. Also the pool isnt actually heated as jt was freezing & the smell of the chemicals burned your eyes just sitting in there. But all and all i would definitely stay again.
