As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the lovely woman at check in We inquired about special dining and events Sanja the concierge was great at recommendations and securing us a reservation for Christmas Eve with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Artus. Appreciated the interesting, vintage/modern decor. The location is fantastic with many cafes just steps away. Also, walkable to multiple well-known attractions.

The Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The location was very convenient, in the heart of St. Germain. The hotel was very clean. Our room was very comfortable. However, it was very small for 2 persons. In the end, I would rate this hotel a 5 star and somewhere I would return to.

This is the best hotel in Paris with the best location and definitely the best staff. Everybody at reception is so friendly and helpful. Great locations near the best streets and food options. Highly recommended

Well insulated windows making for a quiet stay in a very central location in the sixth.

The room is very dark and small. It’s not that comfortable stay in the room.

Nice staff and very friendly

We had a most pleasant 6-night stay from check-in to check-out. Rooms are well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Strong wifi connection, well appointed and spacious bathrooms, best hotel slippers ever (currently wearing mine at home :)). Staff is friendly and helpful, and head concierge Sanjay is an encyclopedia of recommendations if you’re undecided on what to do. I loved the refillable water station that offers both flat and bubbly options. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to some of the most iconic Paris spots: Louvre, Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, Musée d’Orsay, Musée Rodin, and one of the best gourmet grocery stores La Grande Épicerie de Paris. So many fantastic little shops and restaurants. Terres de Café Saint-Germain-des-Prés (2min walk from the hotel) makes an excellent cappuccino :) I’d love to return to Paris and stay at this hotel again.

The staff was incredible. The area was close to it felt like everything. It was a great hotel.
