Check-in was easy and the staff welcoming. We had all the info we needed for our stay. Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and well-equipped. We loved it and will come again.

Loved the rooms, the set-up, the lobby and the hospitality area. Breakfast—couldn’t ask for much else. Wed evening even had a ‘happy hour’. My only complaint was the particular mattress we slept on sagged in the middle. All else was great

Curtains were nowhere close to blackout in the bedroom or living room. I was on the ground floor with windows facing the parking lot, and had cars driving up to park right outside my window with headlights coming in to where I was sleeping and no way to block it out. Total lack of privacy, felt very uncomfortable

The Homewood Suites is my favorite place to stay when I visit Boulder. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained.

Great front desk staff. Very accommodating. Breakfast team also very good and patient with all the guests in a pretty cramped cooking area that mixes w the guests. Would stay again.

Overall this is a good hotel to stay at. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. The walls/floors are so extremely thin, though, as we could hear the upstairs neighbors just barely walking around up there. The breakfast is not the best, everything kinda had a bit of a weird aftertaste. All staff we came into contact with were very kind and helpful!

Staff was very friendly. Room was nicely set up and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was so low it was difficult to rinse off completely.

Found it hard to believe that they didn't support or program the local Fox affiliate on their TV system. Having checked in on a Sunday meant not being able to see the Fox NFL games. I wonder if there was/is a reason other then the one that staff gave me saying that they couldn't program it on their system. Doesn't make sense at all.

VERY NICE front desk associates. However, Old hotel. Needs remodel. Room was kind of beat up and in need of a remodel. Popcorn ceilings, stains on walls and ceilings. Tattered carpet, etc...DEFINITELY not up to Hilton standards.

Close to where we wanted to be. Received early check in and very accommodating. Breakfast included.

Overall it was fine. Area surrounding hotel was average Bathroom door was warped and didnt fully close and faucet/handles were loose. Both should be very easy fixes AND should have been fixed. Room 202

Conveniently located

We were there for o Lu one night but nice clean rooms, close to attractions but I am very thankful to the staff as my car didn’t start in the morning and needed a jump start. They were able to help me out and I didn’t have to call roadside assistance and was able to make it to the airport in time.
