The best place to stay in Hong Kong. Very clean and it is in the mall, where you can easily shop and dine. Very recommended 👍🏻😊

We stayed two times in the Gateway Marco Polo Hotel. We stayed in both the "Continental Deluxe Room with The Continental Club Lounge access" and the "Superior Room". Let me tell you that it feels completely different when comparing both rooms. I thought the difference would be only the view and the space, but to my surprise, the finishing of the rooms is quite different as well. One of our Superior rooms even had only one bedside table. The location is amazing as it's directly connected to Harbour City Mall and in the middle of everything, which was amazing. Will definitely stay there again, but for sure would book the Deluxe room as it's very, very different.

Pro: Very good location, which is connected to Harbour City mall with a lot of branded retails. Easy access to nearby areas as well. Room size is huge for Hong Kong standard. It comes with a huge bathroom as well. They are clean. It was a typhoon during our stay and we were glad that the hotel was giving out umbrellas for each guest! Con: Unfortunately, only queen size bed was given although the room is big. And the bed is very hard and I can feel the spring! It's a shame that a 4-star hotel is giving such poor quality bed, as good as a motel kind of bed or even worse.

Very nice hotel and great hospitality. Servicess was great and helpful. We'll be back to this hotel for next visit.

First night was smoking room. We requested for nonsmoking double bed rooms. It took us 1 hour just to check in to the hotel.
