Quiet and clean. Thumbs up!

Great stay for a reasonable price

This was a very nice, clean hotel. The staff were really great and helpful.

The renovations are nice, we appreciated the fridge and microwave. The hotel is a bit noisy with people above us. The breakfast was nice.

Casey was so great. She was friendly and made sure everyone in our group was welcomed and took care of everyone’s needs.

Little too fancy for me. But it was very quiet even near the freeway not a creature was stirring not even a mouse

It was so comfortable it was in a quiet area, a little bit industrial, but not far from places that I can shop to. It was so clean. I had no worries and the beds look like they were new. The whole building actually looks new. It was a great place. I would come and stay here again.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Only complaint is it’s near the interstate highway and trucks and cars are driving by all night. It may be better if the room were on the east side of the hotel and further away from the highway. I would recommend the hotel, but just be warned if you are a light sleeper.

The hotel was fine, it was clean, rooms are nice. Was pretty disappointing to find out the pool was closed during check in. Nothing was posted online about it, and it was literally the only reason we got a room for a night.

Nice place to sleep and eat

The only drawback to this hotel was it was close to the freeway and our room was on the side closest to it and it was very noisy even with our fan going in the room. Would make sure our room was on the other side next time.

Clean room, friendly staff.

Last minute booking in Provo. Hotel was nice, clean and in good condition. We unfortunately booked with an entire youth soccer program and I had to listen to them run up and down the halls and overhead until late. Front desk refused to do anything about the noise :(

As clean and bright for this location -- Room clean and bed was conformable -- found that the breakfast presentation was well done on the First Morning 7:00 am - like the breakfast options - Second Morning breakfast 7:30 am hot breakfast options had been out too long and picked over and not replenished with getting low. Third Morning Breakfast 7:45 am hot breakfast was not longer available and had not been replenished. Ask if there were refills coming. They said that there was. We left after waiting 25 minutes and went to local restaurant. Very disappointed with the breakfast staff for not keeping up with the refilling of hot food ideas as they were consumed!! That person was not well trained to stay on top of things as they are consumed!! FMG

The property was above average in most areas, but it is located quite close to the interstate and there was a lot of traffic noise. Breakfast was very good. We had an enjoyable stay.

The hotel was very clean and easily accessible. The property is next to the highway. The windows are terrible in blocking out the highway noise. I thought my window was open it was so loud. Also, the attendant did now leave me any wash cloths which was annoying.

Amazing help and clean rooms

Noisy from the freeway but it was expected and able to sleep through it. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and updated. Breakfast and coffee served every morning. Would definitely stay here again.
