Really clean. Easily in and out and what I needed

The phone in 203 did not work. There was a clicking sound and I could not get a dial tone. It was worthless. I also did not have a cellphone. Very inconvenient.

Pretty central located--friendly staff. Manager not accommodating--everyone else great. Not many hotels that do not offer free coffee--

This is a hidden gem! Walking distance from the dining area and business

The hotel was great. However, my room faced a busy busy tollway and the traffic was loud.

Friendly staff will recommend and stay again.

Everything

The Courtyard by Marriott was a great place to stay. We had a quick check-in and check-out. Parking was convenient. Overall a nice experience.

Room was clean and area was pretty quiet.

Loved the property but a few things were up to par.

Like that there are prepared food/bistro options available. Cosmetically - may be time for an update, but everything works like it is supposed to, clean, and smells nice.

Nice, clean room but…… The usual “red-headed stepchild” room by the elevator/ ice machine. Also on highway side of hotel. “Punishment “for Expedia reservation.

It was a good stay. I didn’t really end up using, but prepaid so nothing was able to be done or so they said. Overall, nothing to complain about.

I enjoyed the brief stay

Rooms nice and clean. I felt very welcome. The bed was so comfortable.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. No vent fan in the bathroom and water in the shower took about 10 minutes to get hot, but otherwise a good experience.

Nice & clean we sure come back to stay next time in Dallas
