This hotel is close to the airport, making it perfect for those in transit. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. You can bring your airport trolley all the way to the hotel lobby.

My room smell smoke..and no towel

It was a wonderful stay but unfortunately I was only transiting and staying for the night before head to explore the city. Overall the room was spacious and the ambience was amazing! Noticed that the Room menu for food was all but only one available and only up till 10 pm. Perhaps this is something to improve? Just my thought. Another thing I think could be improved would be the bathtub. The water level is a bit shallow and only the super slim can fully soak in while lying down. I am way oversized and couldn't enjoy it at all! after all my Japan onsen experience... I was really missing the soak! 😝

Great hotel for transit, as you don't need any transport to go to the hotel since it's directly connected to the airport. Second time staying here and it was really pleasant.

The hotel is located in terminal 1, really easy to find and because our flight arrived in the middle of the night, it wasn't too tiring to immediately check in the hotel because it is located in the airport area with complete facilities and spacious rooms.

Great Hotel. Easy to access from airport T 1. Friendly staff. Very fast check in and check out. Peaceful. Very standard amenities in bathrooms. No bottle of water in room, but they provide an empty clean bottle and drink water fountain on each floor. Thank you for a good night sleep on transit.

Best hotel for transit in HK.

The location is great, just a 5-minute walk to Terminal 1, but the staff seemed very bureaucratic.

Check in time took 1 hour more. I didnt expected that in 5 star hotel

All good and I think I will be staying again another day if I visit Japan or Hong Kong, thank you. For the good service and friendly staff. See you again another day.

Standard airport hotel, just comfortable for early morning flight or late night arrival. Not far from HKIA arrival hall. Most liked is the refillable water dispenser on each floor

If it wasn't for the overnight transit, it wouldn't be a good idea to stay in this hotel. Old hotels are not a problem for us, but the cleanliness is lacking. When we entered the first room given, the room smelled and we asked to move, after being moved, even though it was more spacious, the room was older and not clean. It's not comfortable to stay here even though the price is quite high. Have no choice.

Should be a very good place, except the place was really cold in April and I can't increase the temperature of my room.

Anyway, it's the best hotel for transfers. It's attached to the airport so you can use your time efficiently.
