Strategic location near Nanjing Road, Waitan, The Bund, surrounded by many restaurants and mini markets.

Very good hotel, close to nanjing road

AC in the room was not functioning well, we were sweating all over the night and the window could not be open wide. Wifi was not working well, you have to input your local mobile no. The good thing is the location, only across the street is the Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street.

The hotel is nice. Clean, comfortable, big room. Very close to Nanjing Road, a place for shopping and tourist walks. The MRT station is also very close. The hotel is a bit outdated because it is old, but all the quality and cleanliness are maintained. Recommended hotel. Great.

It 's an old hotel, but in good location. The interior of the room already old, but it 's clean. The receptionist staff was not nice.

Hotelnya nyaman banget, bagus, bersih, strategis, deket cari makan. Cuma krn diluar sedang dingin jadi di dalam kamar di setting suhu 26 ° supaya hangat. Cuma kadang ya kepanasan jd buka jendela trs deh. Stafnya baik2. Saran buat hotel, tolong kasih satpam depan gerbang dkt smoking area, krn bbrp x dsna ada yg suka minta2 uang.

Menginap di kamar bisnis suite. Luas. Bersih. Akses mudah dekat dengan pintu keluar metro.

Very strategic location-near to the Nanjing Road, The Bund. Very very near to metro subway East Nanjing Road station and also near to People 's Square station. Excellent service from the the reception, concierge, and security.

Very good hotel. Spacious room, clean and staff is nice. Just across the street is the famous Nanjing east road. MRT is just 3 min walk. And 20 min walk to the Bund,

Kamar yang luas dan bersih. Lokasi hotel sangat menyenang kan dekat dengan pusat keramaian

Dekat nanjing lu, kamar besar, breakfast ok banyak ragamnya.

Hotel mewah, kamar bersih dan luas, ranjang luas, seberang hotel nanjing road dan mrt stasiun east nanjing road, sebelah hotel ada hotpot enak, ke airport dan stasiun kereta tidak perlu pindah lajur.

In winter, the hotel will turn off the air conditioner only the heater is on. Even though the glass is impermeable to cold weather from the outside, when asked to light it with all the allegations that carry the name of the government does not allow the AC to turn on (whereas previously beizing Novotel), (Shanggai in Sneyland, no problem) and said some people were cold, to bring the race of Southeast Asians who complained, the central air conditioner could not run when the heater was on, and finally only offered a fan and slept with an open glass that could be heard from outside.

We have pleasant 5 days night, the twin room bed has big room and 2 queen beds. I would say it could accommodate 4 adult in one room. Not many staff could speak English but still friendly to the guest. close to nanjing pedestrian street and metro station, only a block away. Definitely would stay here again

Full of b*llsh*t! I rejected to stay there, they move me to central hotel which is 4 star hotel!

The lobby is large and looks luxurious. Cleanliness is very good. The room is spacious and clean. Room comfort is okay. Equipment in the room is very complete. Very close to Nanjing East Road and only 100 meters from metro line 2 exit 4. The position is right behind the sofitel hotel.

Great location, comfy bed and pillow. Bathroom need some upgrades though as it seems to be quite old and some tiles is cracking. Overall experience is great but I wonder why the hotel will switch off the air con during night time. Couldn't sleep well throughout the stay as I sweating all over myself and keep wake up during midnight. I knew that is autumn now and the weather could be cold at night but there's no fan in the room and hotel side expect customer to sleep with windows open. It sound ridiculous to me.
