Fantastic room (maybe the best I have stayed over several hotels in Paris), excellent and detailed housekeeping. The food at Matsuhisa is incredible. The food at Le Bar Long and room service was also very good. My only note for improvement would be the quality of the bed linens. Great location, five minutes to Parc Monceau with Arc du Triumph just down the block.

Restaurant was way too expensive and not worth it, but the hotel was class

Very average hotel and not worth the price. Staff is not very helpful. Didnt show us our rooms or help us with luggage, room was extremely hot which resulted in veru poor sleep. Restaurant was a horrible experience.

The first night wasn’t in a good room, second night they upgraded me to a better category but garden view, the hotel was newly refurbished I think but reception and breakfast hall wasn’t, customer service at the hotel was excellent , the weather was beautiful. Next time I will stay longer than two nights.

The service provided was so thoughtful and productive. I would much rather stay here than George V.

Service was good but promised they would announce the room was ready and didn't announce anything! We were given a completely different room than what we booked, there was no bath and in the pictures there was and we got a room on the roof, the ceiling was low and we got hit on the head! The air conditioning made a terrible noise that we couldn't sleep at night.

Overpriced for what it is

Great place to stay! The hotel employees are very helpful. The rooms are great. In walking distance to shopping malls, restaurants, etc.

It was fantastic! The staff were super friendly and they communicated through what’s app for all of our needs which made it super easy. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. They even upgraded us to a bigger room which was very kind of them. We will surely come back very soon.

Weird service didnt refill minibar before my star and had to argue for charges, room smelled a bit like seage, rugs old, gym not open early enough, 62 eur breakfast for omelette coffee and juice. Good location and great bellman tho. Good gym in the spa. Overall not worth thousands per night

Everything was superb. Maya at the restaurant was so helpful and kind. Everyone at the front desk and outside were so pleasant. Rooms were gorgeous We had rooms 206 and 222

Excellent service with style.

Excellent service and hotel staff super friendly. Was there for my wifes 50th anniversary and the hotel arranged a cake on arrival. And also made it a very special occasion for us.
