Its an amazing place, needs to fixed eletrical outlets so that when people plug cords in they stay plugged in, but other then that this place is amazing, i wouldnt stay anywhere else when i travel to Mystic, CT

The buildings needed some basic maintenance on the outside - paint, repairs to some old wood, etc. But the room was nice quite large. And in goof condition. The jetted in-room tub wss wonderful. The breakfast was just a few carry-out type items but they didn't promise a full breakfast so it was OK. Convenient to Mystic Area.

The eoom was terrible vwry dirty spider webs and spiders dirty under the bed stained ceiling tiles sticky furniture nasty corrosion on the table lamps just overall nasty I left at 1am could not get an answer on the phone when I tried to call to complain so I just left

Staff were great. Room was clean just what we needed

Rundown, low budget first room smelled like an ashtray. Very depressing Second room given entry door was rusted out on the bottom, allowing light and a cold draft to come in all buttons on the Jacuzzi were missing a switch off. The wall was wired to make it run. Room 115

Only problem we had was lack of hot water in our room

Our third time staying at cedar park. I don’t see us to be staying again. Staff were pleasant but room was VERY moldy. Mold covered the bathroom to the point there was black mold in the texture of the tile. Mushrooms growing in the bathroom. Wallpaper peeling off from so much water damage. Black mold covering walls, floor, etc. Room smelled musty. Had to wear shoes in our room because I didn’t want my bare feet on the floors.

There was no housekeeping of the room, towels were not changed daily, showers handle came right off, only 1 trash can in room which was not emptied daily. Breakfast items were limited, no individual juice or milk products, gallon bottles for milk and juice which were half empty was provided, but who knows what else was in them. Soap products were very thin and didn’t lather well, used shampoo as a soap substitute. It could be a good place if it were better kept up. Needs TLC

This property is in the middle of nowhere . Set in the woods they have circle housing. There is a fire pit and all looks well because it is fall and pretty. That was Friday , Monday comes along and no one has even checked the room but there is an envelope that I placed $20 dollars in for some house keeping and new towels. No one came , the excuse was Covid and not wanting to check on people who stay long term and if people want things they can come to the front desk. On that note I felt compelled to house keep . Well the dehumidifier vent was about to cause a fire and the air conditioner vent was the same a fire hazard. The staff had no explanation for why they don’t clean the vents including the ones in the office.. I booked a house keeping appointment for Wednesday , guess how that went? It did not because the house keeper called out (missing another opportunity for a tip). I am not sure who tips for a service that simply does not exist at all.. but there is an envelope for it like it exists .. oh yeah and the night shift worker is farm from a help and shrugs his shoulders at everything ..

Looked apealing from outside upon first arival, all up until i opened the door to the unit. Not clean, bed looks to have been from 1972 and used hard. water activly leaking from the plumbing for "hot tub" located in room. All aspects of this whirlpool suite well below expected standard. Bathroom dirty to the point i deemed it unusable. I Couldnt do it, left the key cards on the table and left, obtained another hotel around the corner without an issue. Costly mistake, dont trust all the good reviews. Had high hopes but will not be going back.

First room had dirty sheets. Second room had the most uncomfortable bed with water stains all over the ceiling and bottom of the door rusted. Cobwebs all under the a/c and our phone plugs wouldn’t even stay in the wall.

Clogged sink , dirty toilet dirty sandy floor, I killed 21 flies in 15 hours in the room. No space for luggage, tiny closet? only allowed 3 hangers shower was tiny 28 inches square or less. Nowhere near what we expected looking at pictures on line. Reccomend to pass this option.

Good price, comfy bed , plenty of hot water. Room design is odd,no place to hang clothes

Im leaving an honest review because I am unsure of how this place has 5 star reviews. We arrived late at night and the first room we received had no water pressure, and only cold water coming out of the shower head. The drain had so much hair in it that the water took 10 minutes to drain. We Called and they gave us another room. This one was not much better it had mushrooms growing out of the shower head, the sink was half cleaned and the room smelled like weed even though it says no smoking. Pillows were brown and dingy, walls were made out of paper, could hear the drunk neighbors fighting and punching each other. just overall not a good hotel. The staff was friendly, the woman at the front desk was nice anytime we stopped by. I know this isn't their fault but this place needs a serious cleaning and upkeep. I sorry but would never stay here again.

The tub was very unsafe and slippery. Floors were dirty. Shower was difficult and poor pressure. Whirlpool in the next room very loud.

Very friendly staff. Extremely quiet and everything was clean. Smelled bleach as i walked into the room so i know it was clean
