Friendly and enthusiastic staff, quite compact room.

The room looks clean, the air conditioning is cool, convenient, and located in the middle of the city. The price is not too expensive.

The food is very delicious. Medium service But the room is very bad. The shower is not good. There is a single line of water flowing. Poor drainage system, water gets stuck while showering. The air conditioner is loud and the employees have to slap the air conditioner when the air conditioner is turned on.

I got room with road view. I couldn't sleep at all. The road very very noise. The room doesn't has anti doubt wall. Overall is Okey. The staff very helpful and nice. They give good information and help me to extend my visa.

พึ่งไปพักที่โรงแรมอัญญา นานา สุขุมวิทมา3วัน2คืน พนักงานต้อนรับดีมากๆย้ำว่าดีทุกคนดียันแม่บ้านทำความสะอาด วันแรกพักชั้น2แต่มีคนแอบดูดบุหรี่เหม็นควัญเข้ามาในห้องขอเปลี่ยนห้องน้องก็เปลี่ยนให้ขึ้นมาชั้น3ห้องก็สะอาดดีแตมีเสียงรบกวนจากภายนอกบ้างแต่ไม่เป็นไร วันแรกที่เข้าพักก็มีปัญหาไฟฟ้าดับประมาณครึ่งชั่วโมง ควรมีเอกสารแจ้งเตือนลูกค้าล่วงหน้า ส่วนเรื่องอาหารก็เข้าใจแหละคะว่าเป็นโรงแรมเล็กๆมีอาหารไม่มากทำตามจำนวนผู้เข้าพักที่ต้องการอาหารเช้า แต่โดยรวมคือถือว่าดีแล้วสำหรับเรา เพราะเรามาพักเพื่อรอไปตรวจสุขภาพที่โรงพยาบาลบำรุงราษฎร์ซึ่งอยู่ไม่ไกลเดินจากโรงแรมแค่5นาทีก็ถึงสะดวกดี ชอบการบริการที่ดีมากๆ ดีทุกคนจริงๆค่ะ

The hotel not same like in picture,air condition was very noisy,no smooking room,tv channel only local channel and I am foreigner.but the staff friendly.

The hotel is very old. Water pipes are not worth the price.

The bed was very uncomfortable the shower leaked all over the floor in the drain was clogged up

'Upgraded' room was an indoor room without window. Superior room was a very small room (not 25m2). I requested high floor, got a room on the third floor. I requested a big bed, got a small bed with a terrible worn-out mattress. No closet to hang clothes, no place to put falcons in shower. The whole hotel is not worth a 4-star rating. At almost 1,400B/night very poor value for too much money! I will not book there again.

Nice room, elevator, wifi 1user for 2.Location near many restaurants and halal food. Staff were extremely helpful, especially front office,housekeeper and bellboy.

They have bad internet connection and bad smell from bathrooms.
