The hotel is lovely and the staff are brilliant. Our flight got cancelled and they couldn't have been more helpful in finding us a room and looking after us when we had to check out at 12.00 for a flight at 23.00. They looked after our bags, let us use the pool and even offered a room so we could shower and change be fire travelling. First class service.

The receptionist is very cute. Reserve a big bed But saw us as a family, changed to a very big double bed Go ahead, go to rest again.

Everything is fantastic. Just one unsatisfactory, I booked for a deluxe room where it can fit 3 pax. However, the reception counter actually require me to pay for the 3rd pax additional 900baht/night. Reason being I actually stated 2 pax when I booked via app. I believe that's a baseless reason as the room I booked fitted with a double and a single bed meant for 3 pax.

Good service, friendly, check out, out to tour 4 islands, luggage storage service is also provided. When he returned, he asked the staff about where to shower. Staff said they can shower here. Really good service Despite checking out of the hotel
