Great location. Great service. Will come back. The hotel is located in the heart of Bangkok, surrounded by high rise buildings that are great to see from our hotel suite. Modern ambiance from the hotel lobby to the room. Great facilities in our 2 bedroom suite. The food was great, especially the salmon steak. Mouth watering. The staff were professionals. And we got upgraded room.. Very spacious 2 bed room suite with good sofa set and great dining table setting. Staff Assistance: I should left my mom in the hotel room alone in the evening, and asked them to assist her with dinner, and they just really did their job well done. My Mom enjoyed the service very much. Highlights: Love the view from our suite, great breakfast and the hotel also has good garden and swimming pool. We feel that they give good price for the room & facilities. The hotel is located near the great malls and in the prime location. Will come back later.

great spacious room, good breakfast on a high floor but the lift is a bit too long for waiting time. good front desk service. location very prime but always high traffic jam. hard to find grab n uber during peak hour
