Overall it was a comfortable stay, though the service could be improved. Especially after daily room cleaning, something would be missed out like coffee won't be fully replenished, bathrobe will be missing, etc. Though when we call the reception, they were happy to get this addressed.

The hotel only has sea view but at the end of patong road. housekeeping staff is ok.nv reception is not friendly. The bathroom has a broken light bulb and a broken faucet. I stayed 4 nights, the third night at the hotel, the housekeeping staff took the cross to the bathroom. I was so scared and didn't sleep in that room 2 nights later. I will not come back to this hotel again if I have a chance to visit
