Excellent hotel in a great location.

We received an indoor room with no windows to look outside, hot and noise close to the elevators.

Direct car access, prime location, service was great.

I was already excited about this place when I saw the pictures and the location. It 100% lived up to the hype!! It was so nice, clean, refined, and the staff really went out of their way to accommodate. The restaurant/bar was also really good!!

Good Hotel in eays walking distance of most of the Genoa sites.

Hotel is really nice. Room that we had is very spacious and clean. The hotel location is very close to all the major plazza (piazza) in Genoa. We didn't have to ride the bus or taxi to visit the major sites. The hotel staff gave us a map, and we pretty much walk all the suggested places to visit. There is a market that is about 3min walk from the hotel. The staff are all nice as well. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you are visiting Genoa for the first time.

This is a classy hotel but not ostentatious. Excellent doorman services (luggage and car parking. Friendly helpful staff. Would stay here or one of their other properties again.

Great experience! Loved this hotel! Check in was easy and staff very professional and helpful, from valet to front desk to restaurant. They were fantastic. Restaurant eas a great option with good food and wine selection. We ate there a few times, in addition to the great breakfast buffet. Location was convenient to everything, a short taxi. Would definitely come back.

Great location and great service

The hotel and the room we had were beautiful. However, we had an issue with our toilet (not flushing, just running water) one second night there. We had a request placed that evening to have it fixed but it didn’t get fixed till later that day due to the complexity. As a result; we had to use the lobby bathroom in the interim. I’m sure this issue was a one-off for the hotel, nevertheless, it would have been great if the ordeal was met with a little more seriousness.

Solid stay in the heart of Genoa. Disappointing about gym and sauna, spa and pool. They required a reservation and charged an entrance fee and for that I would most likely not return.

This hotel is well run. Very friendly staff and try to make your stay as convenient as possible. Great location and very walkable to the center. Highly recommended

We loved this hotel on a quiet leafy street, easy walking distance from the busy old town. Our junior suite was magnificent. Breakfast buffet was great. Best of all, every member of staff was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful, creating a very welcoming atmosphere in this well run hotel.
