It was nice- clean and presentable, staff was pleasant.

Hotel is average. The room was “clean” but furniture is old and stained in places. The bathroom fan was loud. Sounds like an interior piece is loose or a part needs to be replaced. Still… the bathroom was clean and we could get past the fan by only using it when necessary. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff were polite, helpful and attentive to the guests. It is clear they are doing the best they can with what they have but it’s time to prioritize some replacement items. To me … I would replace carpeting throughout first. There is a musty smell throughout the hotel which likely comes from the old carpeting. I’m sure they have attempted to deep clean them which, in this case, has enhanced the smell. I think the replacement of the carpets will be a huge jump in the esthetic and appeal of the stay. Then I’d start to prioritize furniture. It is also my opinion that hotels should not allow smoking inside. I think smokers should have a place to smoke (designated gathering room and outside area) but not in the rooms or other communal areas. It is also very standard for hotel rooms to have microwaves these days … this room did not. Our overall stay was good and the hotel is super convenient to everything. The cost did not exceed the value so I give it a 3.5 stars. It has potential 😊

It's an older hotel but In decent repair and very clean and friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the facility. They were very accommodating with our dog, and the proximity to the exit made walks convenient. The breakfast and coffee/tea service were excellent. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, everything was superbly managed.

The room was very cold. When you turned the heat the fan in the room sounded like an air plane was landing. It made it very hard to fall asleep. Staff a front desk was not very friendly at check in. Hotel is very dark not well lit.

This facility was close to the highway shopping malls, restaurants and entertainment venues. Our desk Lady was very pleasant, polite and accomodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Our included breakfast was good. The room price was very reasonable. Thank you.
