Recent 5 night stay whilst visting Delhi. Out of town but a huge advantage to be away from mayhem. Steps from metro which was the best way to get around. Frequent service, efficient and cheap. Never saw other tourists using but as roads beyond congested it was a huge advantage to be able to use. Always felt safe but never used at night. Staff great and restaurant excellent which was important as much too daunting to venture out at night.

Very good all round: comfy bed, well-equipped room, lovely breakfast, helpful staff, laundry available (expensive), clean. Only downside was surroundings. Very little there and uncomfortable at night. Plus side: very clean and efficient metro network with station 3 minutes’ walk away. In city central within 30 minutes for 30 pence.

We had a terrible stay mainly because the restaurant decided to have a party right outside our window. We called three times to get them to turn down music, did not work until i went down in my pyjamas and told them my kids could not sleep after 3 hours of loud music. Our room had strong smell of perfume, no windows to open and a view of a messy courtyard. Located right next to a station for taxis so it is so loud and the air is thick with gasoline. Not worth the money.

Our 2 night stay was comfortable. The staff upgraded our room for free. The food options are OK, and staff was friendly. They fulfilled our toddler food requests promptly, Was happy to see that all the water bottles requested during our stay were complimentary.

All staff were amazing and really accommodating to our needs - special mention to those at the reception- Shikha Kumari, Rahul Kumar and Duty Manager- Vijay Rana. Thank you all.

Friendly staff, nice room, service was good, breakfast was nice, and good facilities. It would have been good to have some activities for kids.

Room had damp on one corner.

Staff was very helpful. Reception team was always welcoming and were able to provide help for most of the questions asked. I even had to leave my luggage at the hotel overnight after i have checked out, as i wanted to travel light and they were very helpul with that.

Place is very clean and well maintained. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is good and restaurant was available 24/7. Thanks to Mohammed from front desk for making sure the check in and check out process was quick and hassle free. Also this property is right next to a metro station.

Be aware not to leave any precious items in room for house cleaning or be sure to keep track of your belongings; lost purse. Super helpful front desk, nice location and clean rooms.
