Generally great. Especially the Spa area. The noise from kids running in the corridors needs to be controlled as the sound travels easily. Hotel corridors aren't a playground.

Shower is badly designed. Hotel is old and in need of some remodeling. Carpets are very old. The room has the smallest Tv I have seen in my entire life, something close to 12-15 inch tv.

This is a great property. High value for money. minibar is free !! However some dampeners, 1) Being a vegetarian, I asked the very nice receptionist if they can provide some vegetarian options in the breakfast menu. they were so kind to understand and oblige. Rude shock in the middle of the breakfast was when they presented me with a bill for it !! tsk tsk!! But i protested and they obliged after trying 2-3 times to coax me into paying. so no love lost ! 2) They do pick up and drops - However with a rider, they will not pick up from St Moritz (only 2kms away)which is the main attraction due to which they even get a booking - Must rethink this policy , no ?

Great hotel.

Overall very nice but the pillows are horrible - too flat and have no substance to them and the "pillow to order" service does not offer better choices. The specific room had noise and vibration from the floor above which made sleep difficult. Breakfast was excellent! The Spa and pool are also excellent. Proximity to the train - excellent!

First of all, it's not ski-in-ski-out. You'll have to carry skis 1/2 km. Secondly, the spa with sauna start working only from 3 till 8PM. Tthe pool works from 9AM to 8PM. At 9 AM the teapot and hammam are cold, but at 8PM they make sure you leave the area. Housekeeping saves on toiletries, we have to ask for q-tips and cotton discs.

Very good hotel , spa , room . only con is they hand you a paper after check in and tell you to go back to your car at the parking lot immediately to put it. Its disturbing after a long trip at the bad weather.

The hotel staff were super friendly, helpful, and informative. The breakfast buffet was exceptional offering fresh fruits, variety of cheese, meats, cereals, and breads/rolls. Wellness area was very modern and comfortable, especially after hiking for 8 hours. The free lift,rail,bus pass was unexpected and there was no need for a car. The town was cute and very accessible via the bahn. The there was free cake during the late afternoon coffee hour.

What an elegant hotel!! Worth the cost in every way. We loved our stay. It is in a wonderful location for touring the Engadin Valley.

The Cresta Palace is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful setting with fabulous room accommodations. The General Manager takes a personal interest in each guest, and the hotel experience was very enjoyable. The hotel staff was helpful and go out of their way to assist in anyway possible. The food was excellent.
