The service staff are polite, the service is good, convenient and fast. The room is very spacious. The location is near the BTS, convenient to travel, there are clear signs to the hotel. Overall, it is a good choice for a good stay.

Good location, near 7eleven, not too far from Victory Monument station or Phaya Thai station. I borrowed an iron from the hotel and they brought it up quite quickly, the room was clean, there was a scale in the lobby for me to weigh my things before leaving. The negative point is that the room is a bit old and small, my room was on the 8th floor, the bathroom had a weak water flow so sometimes I had to wait for the water to rise to flush twice to clean the toilet. In addition, the room had few power outlets, only 1 near the door and 2 at the head of the bed but 1 was covered by the mattress. For the price, I still feel it is okay. If you have to book urgently and have few options like me, booking here is still okay, but if you book early with many options, there are many other newer and nicer places.

The lady at the front desk was very unsympathetic when we almost late for the airplane. She said, “Is that my fault?” When I asked her when the car for airport come that I booked at this hotel. Every traveler worries about whether they will late for the flight. Should not she comfort me? It 's understandable that the transportation will be late a little bit due to traffic jam. These cold words suddenly reduced my impression of this hotel to the lowest level. I know it 's not your fault, but your attitude presents this hotel 's service.

Clean, fast service but unfortunately the road is too far and going to the lobby there is no elevator so go up the stairs which is quite a lot, unfortunately for the elderly in this hotel, but overall good, comfortable.

The hotel is near BTS station and supermarket, food street area so it is very convenient to travel and relax. The hotel has no slippers to walk around, no toothbrush and toothpaste, no small towel to wipe your face. The hotel has too many small cockroaches and insects, please consider this problem.
