Staying at a hotel for 3 million/night and also having to pay 120,000/night for parking, so boring

Close to tourist spots, ben thanh market, viet culinary. Will consider to stay here again if we visit Ho Chi Minh one day

1st time stay one night. Good service, the receptionist is friendly and communicative, clean room and close to the heart of Saigon tourism area particularly Saigon Center

The room is tight and there is no hot water available. Reported the receptionist but no good. Not satisfied at all

Beautiful room, enthusiastic reception. The only minus point is probably in the protection fairly superficially with guests, so that guests can carry things by themselves. The hotel is in a nice location, near many places to eat and drink. Will come back if you come to Saigon

The reception seemed to discriminate between Vietnamese and foreign guests.

The accommodation look exactly like the picture, the staffs are very polite and ready to help they gave me free chocolate in my bed every morning and in the mid autumn festival they gave me a personal handwritten note which was very sweet the swimming pool at the rooftop was also very beautiful, a little bit small but well maintained. Breakfast was awesome with a lot of variety

I arrived in Ho Chi Minh City early morning & came to the hotel around 10 AM. I asked if I could check in but they asked me to pay a room upgrade in order for me to check in earlier than 12 pm, even though my original room was actually available. It was quite expensive too! It wasn’t a good start of my stay. I won’t come back. The service is bad.

Nice location at central district, nearby Takashimaya. The breakfast is tasty & wider assortment, also clean table & seat. It is quite a reasonable price. The air conditioning is too strong due to not easy control.

The hotel is clean, every day the bed linen is replaced very close to the Ben Thanh market around the hotel many eating places.

The room is clean. Comfy, great view. Breakfast menu so delicious and sure the location only 5 min walk to the night market.

The security guard is quite careless, despise the customer, housekeeping manager speaks with guests scrawl, do not know thanks, do not know sparse, service so bad.

Location is very convenient and not too far from SECC convention. Staff is very kindness and fast on service. Next time I will be back again.

Excellent location, next to ben thanh market, plenty of food around the area. Only a stroll from Saigon Center shopping mall. Easy access everywhere in District 1. Ask for high floor room as lower floor room was smelly from next door cooking although all windows are fully sealed.
