Good room with cheap price, good breakfast and dinner

The bellboy knocked on the wrong room, when he was enjoying his sleep at 10.30 PM.

Old hotel but still good, breakfast is delicious.

We enjoy our stay in hotel bumi because the room are spacious and very quite. And the bathtub in all rooms is top notch. Amenities are super complete, there is also a hairdryer. Breakfast at the Arumanis restaurant is no doubt. The menu is varied, there is even Indomie and ice cream. The swimming pool is large, there is a jacuzzi so you can soak in warm water. The changing rooms are also clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful .... thank you Mbak Lelga who was very quick to help find our room. To check in, a deposit of 500 thousand is required. For additional breakfast for children, it is 120 thousand. Adding a large towel is 50 thousand. Towels and sheets need to be updated, some already look shabby. And there are no activities for children, no kids club or playground. But children can feed the fish in the pond. Fish food can be purchased for 8 thousand per bag.

Recommended. Everything is good, no regrets after coming here several times.

Overall, I like everything. This is my second time here. It's just a shame that the kids can't swim because it's being cleaned. The room is very spacious. The service is very friendly. What's really unfortunate is that the food variety is not complete. The first time the food was complete, but yesterday it wasn't complete. There was no chocolate milk. There should be more food variety.

At its price point, no other 4-5 star hotel in Surabaya can beat the experience of staying at Bumi Hotel.

I really like this place, the service and food are good and delicious, varied.

Family favorite hotel because the hotel is spacious & clean, large rooms (complete with bathtub), variety & taste of food is great, all staff are friendly, competitive prices. The downside is, although the cable TV channels are quite complete, it is not a smart TV yet, so you can't access Netflix/YouTube.

second day stay. extended again for 2 rooms. thank God can be on the same floor this time on the 17th floor. the cleanliness of the swimming pool must be improved again. pillowcases and pillows must be regenerated. unfortunately there is still no Smart TV. the carpet smells damp in room 1755. the cleanliness of the bathroom curtain is full of dust. some female reception staff are not very friendly. when it comes to extending. so uncomfortable.

stay on the first day, booked 2 rooms. the children's room in room 1656, the AC was leaking, thank God we were able to move rooms at 21.30. the bathroom curtain was very dusty. the pillows and pillowcases probably need to be regenerated. the room carpet smells a little damp. unfortunately the 5 star hotel doesn't have a Big Smart TV. still have to call about towels, only 1. delicious breakfast. overall satisfied.

Almost every long holiday, I choose to staycation at Hotel Bumi. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant. It is located not far from the city center and close to various local culinary places in Surabaya.
