I stay at this hotel frequently, as it is so convenient to get to and then travel around London and Essex. The hotel has ample parking, good comfortable, clean en-suite rooms. There is a nice restaurant/bar on site. The staff are all so friendly, it’s a pleasure staying there. I will be back again in 2025.

Have stayed here many times. The hotel is conveniently located just off the M25, close to Lakeside Shopping Centre. Plenty of car parking, hotel grounds clean. Check in was quick and easy and the lobby was clean and festively decorated. Room was clean, tidy and spacious. Restaurant and bar are nice, well stocked and reasonably priced. Food is lovely. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I always stay here when I visit the area and will be back again soon.

Been to a lot of hotels , wondering why they have a great review , room was on d 3rd floor no elevator there , could not even take my box upstairs , had to leave it in d car, room was cold no heater , but sonce i was there for a day didnt mind . Not convenient for me though, cant stay there again , also no room service ,

The hotel room was cosy and comfortable after the heating came on a few hours after arrival. We ordered room service which was provided - even with limited staffing - with a friendly manner. Thank you. We would definitely return and recommend.

Very convenient for Lakeside, although not walkable. Great free parking. I will stay again

The hotel decor is very dated. The room, although clean, upon entering we could smell sewerage. The more the water was run the better it got.

Good budget hotel for staying in this part of London Bathroom was a bit dated and shower drained slowly but otherwise good clean room of great size

Just an escape for a night. Well priced for what it was. Exceptionally quiet, very comfy bed and a nice breakfast. Easy parking.

Good location for motorway links and shopping centre, executive suite very nice but a little tired

Always a great stay at the Thurrock Hotel. Excellent service from all staff, especially Donna and Kirsty who are always welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. On-site car parking and free Wi-Fi. Food delicious, from evening meal to buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.
