Sorry in advance, I booked a room using the services of an online agent, and paid according to the price offered by the online agent, the description of the room I ordered contained a tv, but after I got there I was given a room without a TV. Well, I'm lazy to make a fuss because I'm tired and want to rest. But disturbed too because there are many who drink in front. Please, in the future, prioritize customer convenience. Thank you 🙏.

Initially I ordered 2 standard rooms, because I brought a large family, finally I asked to exchange 1 large room, when I asked, how much should I add ... eh instead, just use it for free. hmmm just top ... cuman, unfortunately there is no car park, so for guests who come by car, must park in the monkey forest central parking. approximately 300m from the hotel.

It's worth it for that price but can't get hot water or electric kettle, no towels, no TV.

Good place, large rooms, large bed, simple furnished, did swim 400m daily in the pool. good breakfast.

Unfriendly service, broken furniture (cabinets, sideboard). When you arrive towels and soap are not available. Dirty toilet, broken washer.

Dirty, unkept, pool surface oily, shower and toilet hardly had any water. Lumpy mattress etc etc. And the reception guy always answered with "I don't know, I am not sure."

Unfortunately there is no car parking available at this facility. For breakfast can choose between scrambled egg scrambled egg, omelet toast, or banana pancakes plus fresh fruit pieces and choose between coffee or tea. Can also ask for milk coffee. The room was comfortable enough if the bed did not often ring so my baby woke up several times. No shampoo and soap available but 3 clean towels available. There is also 1 double bed and 1 single bed, sofa, refrigerator, dressing table, washtafel and terrace balcony. The pool is nice but the water makes the eyes sore.

Staff are friendly, but when I told one staff to fix the front lamp of my room, it wasn't done. There was no mat in my room, so the floor was slippery
