Good. we like Edensee. we had my vacation many time in Da Lat. we would like to comeback this hotel.

tried very hard to accept, but really not satisfied, worst 5* hotel in Tuyen Lam lake

Little bit far from the city but good place to chill out with the nature

Dinner menu is very small, but delicious. Beautiful scenery, friendly staff. Will come back.

The staff take care very well, everything is as I expected. The workers are a bit noisy but fun. 😅 This is the second time I've gone. The breakfast buffet is delicious and varied.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. I asked the staff to help me handle the mosquitoes and then reported it, but then I didn't see anything. As a result, after returning from the trip, I had dengue fever. Too bad!

Trải nghiệm ở phòng Mimosa thật tuyệt vời, phòng vừa vặn có hai lò sưởi, trang trí phòng cũng tuyệt vời, bên ngoài ban công, khuôn viên thoáng mát, cảnh vật đẹp, rất thích hợp để nghỉ ngơi vì không gian yên tĩnh bên cạnh Hồ Tuyền Lâm. Phòng tắm rộng rãi chỉ có vòi nước hay bị rỉ nước, phải lấy khăn chèn vào mặc dù đã kêu người tới xem xét. Mọi thứ ok hết tới khi check out thì tiếp tân báo nhân viên thu dọn có chụp lại hình làm bể cái quai cốc và cái khăn chùi chân bị dơ (tất cả là do phòng bị rỉ nước và do sàn nhà có dơ thật nên khi lấy thấm nước khăn dơ). Vẫn ok nếu khi bạn check phòng và báo hơn là việc chụp hình lại từ hôm trước và đưa bằng chứng cho khách như vậy không được thoải mái lắm, lần đàu tiên bị charge phí kiểu vậy. Và sẽ không quay lại vì phong cách làm việc như vậy.

Resort yên tĩnh, rộng rãi. Không khí mát mẻ, phù hợp nghĩ dưỡng, dành thời gian cho gia đình và người thân. Đường vào hơi sâu và tối.

Clean rooms, beautiful furniture. Modern toilet and bathroom equipment. Great breakfast, fresh ingredients, harmonious taste. The resort landscape is so beautiful. Professional, attentive, friendly service.

The room was very boring, not as expected. Trash was left in front of the room's door, leaking and dirty, for 2 days without anyone cleaning it up.

Edensee has a very beautiful view, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff.

The hotel details stated that it was a dog friendly hotel but when we arrived with our dogs they refuse us entry and we had to wait over an hour before they reluctantly allowed us. On the 3rd day of stay when we return to the hotel with our dogs after a day tour, we were once again being blocked from entry by the hotel security and allowed to enter after repeated reinforcement that we were cleared to bring the dogs. Where our rooms were there were a flock of peacocks that shitted all over our room front entrance. The service staff tried to blame our dogs for the shit. All in all it was not a pleasant stay-we were treated like outcasts just because we brought our dogs.

First, I rented a motorbike to go to Da Lat, so when I entered, I saw that there was only one security guard who had to look after both the motorbike and car doors. When I entered, he smiled and nodded to me and then opened the barrier for the car. The other side of the street was on the other side, so I just went straight inside and met the staff on the street for enthusiastic guidance. So I think I can sympathize with the hotel because of its large area and not many staff. On Monday, as soon as I entered the gate, there was a receptionist who carried my things inside and showed me where to park my motorbike. On Tuesday, when I booked a room online, when I asked for information to check in, the manager invited us to sit and wait for him to do the check-in. While waiting for the computer to load, he was also the one who poured tea and got cookies for us to eat delicious cookies. . When I checked in, the receptionist from earlier carried my things down to the room. The room is spacious and fully equipped with fruit platters of bananas and tangerines. There is a place for children and adults to play for free and the staff will guide them to play on their own. There is also car support 3 times a day to take you into Da Lat city for free. It is convenient for those who stay for a long time. Get up early in the morning to walk around the small zoo and meditate, it's very quiet and the path between the woods is clean. Fourth, the staff is small but quite friendly. They will smile and nod when you pass by. I see the staff working hard because the area is so large and there are few people who work all the time. Thursday, the breakfast food has many types and is super delicious. I am a foodie and have experienced many 5* places. I appreciate the chef and his meticulousness from the appearance to the quality of the food here. I was very surprised and told my wife why they could prepare so many dishes from Vietnam, Europe, and Korea. My wife also agrees because she is quite picky about eating. Especially Banh Duc dish, you should try it once. The blend of salty and moderately sweet coconut milk is very unique and delicious. My wife is a pure B, so when she eats and compliments me, I understand. I think with competitive prices, beautiful scenery, attentive service and diligent staff, it's worth experiencing and understanding a few small shortcomings. Just try going down the small trails that are still clean. Try to see the number of employees and workload to maintain operations. See pure places, nature and animals in harmony. I think someone who loves peace, gentleness, sophistication and likes meditation like my husband and I will love it. On Friday, the price of food and drinks in the room is quite reasonable compared to the current location and prices. Mineral water 10k, cup noodles 15k. I find it very suitable.
