Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. Bathroom has bathtub. Beside the hotel there's street full of good restaurants. Need 1km walk to beach/ crowd centers like jungceylon and bangla. Room a bit damp and smelly (typical of a tourist hotel near beach because maybe people come in wet) so we changed room 1x to a less smelly one.

Very fast, and the hotel is very good.

The hotel is quite close to Patong beach, clean rooms, beautiful swimming pool, cheerful and polite staff.

The rooms are spacious, all facilities are complete, close to the tourist center. It's really cool.

The hotel is a bit old. washing machine Once there was an earthquake. But this price is worth it.

The room is really big, the others are okay, great.

The room is very spacious, close to a mini mart and small restaurant. To Patong, the road arrived, 1.3 km, but taking the grab also still cost 300bath. Will stay here again if I go to Phuket.

The officer spoke well. At first, I got a room on the 3rd floor. Changed the room to the 2nd floor The elevator opened the door and was shocked whether the school was deserted or not. But the officer who took the elevator together reported that the water was leaking. But should be kept clean, should not be in this condition, the room is spacious, the water flows strong

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Ashlee. The staff are friendly, they were attentive, courteous, and always ready to assist with any request or inquiry. The location it 's great and near of Malin Plaza which 's a lot of yummy local foods. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, and they have washing machine & Iron.

It was okay for a night of staying nothing to complain about close to bangla road (walking distance).

Recommended to all friendly staffs clean and nice.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the facilities are quite complete, relaxing in the pool looking at the city view. Satisfied staying here.

Clean, spacious room, wide regulation, with bathtub, normal 3/5 bed, normal spring bed, 4/5 pillow, soft pillow, comfortable bed, 4/5 soft blanket, comfortable bed, internet should be strong, have a chance to review breakfast variety There are Indian food, desserts, there are various hot brews such as Bael, Ginger, Tea, Coffee, probably 8 things.

I got this bedroom with just $10 and it was really like the picture they provided! It was overall nice and recommended for you to stay in Patong area. It's only less than 1km to reach the Bangla night market also Patong Beach. Surrounded by minimart (7-11) and food restaurants also thai massage.

Hotel reservation system is worst to worst. We booked through agents over a month. The hotel does not book rooms for Both of which we have notified the booking request of whether the rooms are adjacent or near each other When booking 2 rooms, when checking in, the staff says There are no adjoining rooms. There is only a room. Separated on each floor only And also offering us to stay at a chain hotel Which is 5 minutes away from here. Up gradation from Standrad to Deluxe room instead, stating that The hotel is not able to notify customers in advance whether to get 2 rooms on the same floor or not. Customers will only know when checking in. This has never been seen before. For hotels of this level, in our case, we are not happy to stay at another hotel. The staff then proposed up grad as a Family Room. The Family Room has 2 bedrooms and a Living Room, which we agreed / The light is not enough, the TV is very old. / For the car park, there are only 7 parking spaces. Not suitable for anyone to bring cars to stay in / WiFi is the worst signal to the worst, slower than the mobile internet / for breakfast. Staff does not fill up much. We came down to use the services from a large group of tourists. Many food (Actually there are a few things.) No one came to fill up until the day of check out. We decided not to have breakfast. Because like eating nothing / The passenger lift is small and very old. / As for the service of the staff, good smiling. If correcting, modify the guest management system to match the price and star rating the hotel received. Overall, the overall rating is poor.
