Friendly and enthusiastic staff, clean room, has a small balcony for smoking, the surrounding area has many foods and massage parlors, I try a different massage parlor every day.

I was staying for 3 days. It was a good experience. The staff is very friendly and nice. The room was fair. Only less of sockets and in the middle of the night the air conditioner was crackling around. But overall great.

Standard cleanliness, I stayed there for 8 days for the floor, the table could be cleaned once every 2 days that was just noticed. If the sheets still look clean they are not replaced. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room. Thank you.

Was given one room on the 8th floor, which I have to take the stairs from the 7th floor to 8th floor. I was pregnant and it’s not convenient for me to take the stairs so I asked for another room. And receptionist didn’t help at all, he just told me that all rooms were fully booked. Which must be not true because I booked the hotel just one day before check in time and there was plenty rooms left in the website. And the lift only has one and quite small (for 4-5 people only) so in the morning you might have to queue and wait for the lift. And on our last night, at 2 AM in the morning, a guy came in our room using the hotel card. I was shocked and he was shocked too I think because after he saw me, he went out the room and called someone in the phone. I couldn’t hear what he was saying and after that there was no sound anymore in the hall. Totally such a bad experience for me. I booked 3 nights and only stayed 2 nights.

We were able to upgrade our room to a Duluxe, but the room was on the 8th floor and we had to climb the stairs, but only up one floor because the elevator only went up to the 7th floor. It wasn't too noisy in the room, but the bathroom was very noisy because there was construction going on and it was also noisy when it rained.

I had 3 nights here. Convenient location, near the market so morning or evening is interesting. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. But my room is not soundproof, I can hear clearly the sound in the hallway if someone passes by, the air conditioner is loud. The room was damp right when I checked in, especially the floor always felt damp. What scared me was that I saw 2 baby cockroaches, I caught them but I think they are still there.

The hotel is very strategic, very close to Pratunam. Suitable for jastip-ers.

This hotel is very close to Pratunam Market, Tofu Skincare, Platinum Mall, Central World, Big C, etc. It is highly recommended for those of you who want to travel to Bangkok for shopping purposes.
